I'd like to give 0 or -5. The donuts were hard, not fresh. The person at the drive thru had no idea what he was doing, could not answer questions, was not friendly, and when I was handed the coffee he shut the window then walked away without asking if I needed cream or sugar. I had to tap on the glass to get his attention. Then he grabbed a handful of sugar packets and creamer like I was asking too much even though this was his job, then dumped this into my hand without a word or any expression on his face other than annoyance. He then slammed the glass door shut. The coffee was not fresh even though it was only after 6pm. The maple donuts were extremely hard. This was the first and last time I've been to this location. In the future I will drive 45 minutes to the Knox Abbott Dr. location for better food, better coffee, and better service. The Krispy Kreme donuts found inside Walmart or other grocery stores would outrank the poor excuse for donuts served at the Clemson Road location.

The young black girl with straight back braids has genuinely the worst attitude I’ve ever seen before. Reading the reviews it seems it’s the same girl who people are complaining about and she hasn’t gotten any type of training about her demeanor. When we got to the window we were treated with what did you have. She didn’t bother saying hey she didn’t bother looking at us just complete attitude. She never spoke another word to us and just had a look of disdain on her face the entire time. Don’t take up a job if you’re going to have a shitty attitude. It’s a poor reflection on this company that she has not gotten any better.

Went to this Krispy Kreme to get a game day dozen. Deandra has the worst demeanor I’ve ever seen at this location. We said hello upon walking in the door and had to almost beg for someone to say hello back to us. The donuts were fine but where has customer service gone? Is it really too much to ask to be greeted especially if the customer greets you first? Not even a smile. Do better

Nothing beats a fresh hot original Krispy Kreme donut. The only drawback is that I am old enough to remember a dozen being a good bit less than $5.00 a dozen. So the current price is getting to be a bit hard to swallow.

I visited this location on 7/6/25 and was disappointed. I have visited this location before and many others this was the 1st time I didn't get the Krispy Kreme experience the donuts were not fresh and I don't even ask that they be hot and ready. Im not sure what was going on with the icing but microwave didn't even help however the Customer Service was helpful

If could give them zero stars I would. These are the worst doughnuts I've ever tasted by this chain. I'm highly disappointed and will not visit this location again. They need to go back to the drawing board on this recipe. These doughnuts didn't appear to have a drip of icing on them. The doughnut itself taste like it was a week old. Do not recommend!
