I placed an online order, but when I got to the store me I was advised they didn’t have any more of those doughnuts. I also had a reward for a free doughnut only available to use today. I asked could I redeem it with my order and was advised I had to place an additional order to redeem the free doughnut. What kind of service. Now, the reward will be lost, and I will not forget my experience at this location.

Krispy kreme is failing terribly! The lack of service and the doughnuts are nasty, in particular at this location. I decided to give them another try. I see the doughnuts coming off the belt, and the server grabs them, why when I get the box the doughnuts aren't even hot. And they were nasty! Had a funny after taste to them! For the price for these doughnuts service and doughnuts should be allot better. Im sticking to small doughnut shops from here out

It’s Sunday November 24th I was at Krispy Kreme at 9:10 my order wasn’t supposed to be ready until 9:30 boom okay I get that! But mind you I placed the order like 2:30 that morning! I get in there they got a line the two Women faces definitely did not read welcome the young man was the only one that looked like he was ready to work! It’s now 9:25 they are an out of doughnuts the older woman comes over to take one dozen of the doughnuts the girl was making for me! I said ma am I think that’s my order she looks at me rude as ever and puts it down! Then asks the girl with the mean look on her face! She tells her just take it then rolls her eyes! Look nobody make yall work at these jobs yall choose to work at you should provide excellent Customer Service if you work at a restaurant! Sad to say we will not be returning I will go to Dunkin Donuts in Blythewood for now on!

With a steady flow of customers but not very fast paced, the service was slow. But more importantly, the donuts seem to be suffering from shrinkflation, just way smaller than they used to be. In three bites it was gone. The coffee is just awful, it tastes mostly like water instead of coffee. Lastly, we were unable to get a latte because, according to the guy at the counter they are very busy and he does not have the time to clean the machine.
