I visited this location on 7/6/25 and was disappointed. I have visited this location before and many others this was the 1st time I didn't get the Krispy Kreme experience the donuts were not fresh and I don't even ask that they be hot and ready. Im not sure what was going on with the icing but microwave didn't even help however the Customer Service was helpful

If could give them zero stars I would. These are the worst doughnuts I've ever tasted by this chain. I'm highly disappointed and will not visit this location again. They need to go back to the drawing board on this recipe. These doughnuts didn't appear to have a drip of icing on them. The doughnut itself taste like it was a week old. Do not recommend!

Garbage. Not the same quality you get in Cayce and the employees are not very nice also the older black lady refused to ring me up when I ordered and then tried to ring up someone else trying to make me wait longer when she should have rang me up when I asked after I ordered!!! O respect for people time and the food is not as good!!

The employees were very friendly and professional but the doughnuts were the absolute worst I've ever had. They tasted like they were made days before and just added glaze on top. It was very hurtful to throw an almost 20 box of doughnuts away tbh.

They never have the speciality donuts. We ordered donuts at 8:00 on a Saturday morning and they were already āsold outā. This has happened multiple times. The customer service is also terribleā¦ they have the worst attitudes!

I placed an online order, but when I got to the store me I was advised they didnāt have any more of those doughnuts. I also had a reward for a free doughnut only available to use today. I asked could I redeem it with my order and was advised I had to place an additional order to redeem the free doughnut. What kind of service. Now, the reward will be lost, and I will not forget my experience at this location.
