This Krispy Kreme location never fails to disappoint me. I’ve lived in Columbia SC for almost a year now. I’ve had a Krispy Kreme doughnut at least a hand full of times. I will always order a Crème Filled, and occasionally a Glazed Chocolate Iced. The Glazed Chocolate is usually good. The Crème filled (MY FAVORITE) doughnut is ALWAYS messy and there is hardly any crème. When there is Crème it is favored to the very edge of the doughnut. I pay roughly $3 a piece for these 3 bite doughnuts that cost maybe 50¢ to make. The prices are outrageous for the quality at this specific location. I grew up with a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop in my home town. I know that KK has done better. I will not be ordering from this shop in the near future.On a side note, START SELLING RASPBERRY ICED TEA! I was VERY disappointed when I moved here and noticed y’all didn’t sell that. Big L. The same cashier that has served me every time also doesn’t know his job proficiently. I ordered 2 doughnuts then pulled to the window and added on one more because the price for the third doughnut would have been around a dollar because of the Pick3 combo but this man added it on for full price. When he told me the total i was shocked and then i looked at the receipt to confirm. Outrageous. L. If you like:Poor quality, Poor workmanship, and High prices this is the right location for you. The 4/5stars (i’m convinced) is a lie.

If the donuts weren't good, I would never go back. I was in line 40 min, would have left but I was trapped in there was only 2 cars only in front of me. 4 cars drove off, When I finally arrived at the windowthere was 5 staff behind the counter. Moving like a sloth No motivation or care. You could see a ton of donuts in the casing. It took the Cashier four minutes to count Ninety three cents For my change While my dozen of donuts was right beside him. It was clear it wasn't a donut shortage for the delay.

I usually go to Dunkin but decided to try out this Krispy Kreme location. I won't again. "Ms Joe" was extremely rude and unfriendly. I'll stick to Dunkin right down the road.

I keep thinking they’ll get it right this time! Nope! This location often gets my orders wrong and then doesn’t ever want to make it right. If I ordered a delivery order and I didn’t receive my complete order, why would I then want come pick it up when it was your mistake?

Did is always excellent cuz its donuts! Customer service needs work and atmosphere is calm. Store is neat and clean. Bathroom needs hourly check list. Not as clean as could be, could be better!!!
