Apparently changed the opening time today and no sign posted on hour change. Employee opened the door to let us know they open at 12 and it was 11:52. Really? Was really looking forward to trying lick. Back to marble slab for usual.

I visited this business for the first time with 3 little ones. The staff members were very patient as we were figuring out what we wanted. Each item we had was delicious. The girls definitely enjoyed the Brownie Me Up Smoothie! The establishment was very clean and well decorated. I will for sure visit again!

Not open at 1245pm on a hot summers day(07-05-2025)? That's a surefire way to lose customers and revenue. I guess I will buy 10 quarts elsewhere.I saw an employee inside ,but the doors were locked and it was dark inside.

I have visited Lick several times and each time I’m greeted with a smile, great customer service and attention to detail with my special request orders. I recently visited on a day when they experienced a brief power outage and had a line of customers waiting to be served. The young lady Kennedy handled the situation so well, she remained calm and polite, she worked diligently to get the pos system and tvs up and running, she was in control and didn’t get overwhelmed. Kudos to Kennedy!!

I had a lovely time here. I got the green machine milkshake thing. It was really good but enormous! Customer service was great and ice cream was a great quality that I’ve rarely tasted.

Had to stand and wait for her to unlock the doors let me in and then make my door dash. Very un professional. I do not recommend any business that is closed when it’s supposed to be open

I ordered one of those specialty milkshakes and it was absolutely ridiculous but it was so good!! Make sure you get it to share! You get to keep the cup it comes in as well. They were very clean and friendly.
