I used to love the pizza but they’ve gotten stingy on the cheese. When I pay to add extra cheese it’s still scarce. I’ll just stick to papa John’s instead.

This is my favorite Little Caesars! Why? Because the drive through sign is pointing to an open dumpster!!! 🤣 Listen, I love Little Caesars, but my wife hates them, and she says their sign placement says it all.
I disagree, but whoever hung that sign needs some kind of presidential medal. Genius!!!

There is a lady who works there with a bad attitude that she takes it out on everyone. 😡 Customers outside waiting for their food were saying how rude she was towards them, and sometimes the pizza wouldn't be fresh.🍕👎🏿 Many times, I've heard about this. The manager is not doing their job to correct that lady. Such terrible customer service! They need new employees and a better manager.

These are the nastiest people ever. Literally saw the lady cleaning the floor and spraying chemicals near the food then without washing her hands stuck her hands in the cheese and started back making pizzas. Then another girl walked in from break and didn’t wash her hands just sat her stuff down she started digging in the food. I really wasn’t going to come back after the last time I waited half an hour on my food only for them to tell me the worker that left took my food home with her by “mistake”. I mean if yall are going to raise your prices then raise the customer service too! 0/1000

Left me sitting at the window 20 mins past my pickup time. Went inside and asked if my food was ready. "It's coming out now". No, give me my money back.
The only reason they get 3 stars is because the manager was nice even though I wasn't being the most polite. She gave me a refund and even compensatated me for my trip out there.
I won't be returning. But the small white manager is the key to this location turning around. I'm sure of it.
Food was good hot at least.

This was not a great trip to Little Caesar's, which is disappointing because this one usually does a pretty good job.
The pizza was lukewarm and looked pretty dull, which means it was probably sitting in the warmer for a good amount of time.
I hope it's better the next time I go.

730 on Sunday evening. None of the hot and ready things are made. 6 employees, rude girl at the register, when asked what was going on with the company standards of having pizza ready in the warmer. She gave me attitude and didn't really care.. not sure what's going on, but I would believe there is management issues, or lack of a leader in the right position
Little Caesers pizza can be hit or miss, but my last few pizzas from this location have been excellent!

First of all, good morning everyone. Excuse me for what I'm going to say. But in this establishment in Rosewood there is a short girl. This person has been working here for a while and she serves customers very, very poorly. It doesn't make you want to order anything, honestly, when she's there. Her attitude is horrible and very rude. I'm a Spanish speaker but I speak English very well. But I could notice a very racist tone in the girl when my girlfriend and I were talking about what we wanted to order. It seems wrong to me that a place so frequented by Spanish speakers has racist people working. The woman is a white person between 22 and 25 years old. She is short in stature and I also think she has some medical condition, like bipolar disorder or maybe she's too stupid to act that way.

I ordered a stuffed crust pizza with half pepperoni and an order of crazy bread (for drive-thru). When I got to the drive-thru, I waited for 10 minutes and no one came to ask for my name. I decided to go inside. When I came in, the lady at the register asked if we had ordered. I told her my order and instead of looking for it, she walked around to the back and checked her phone. I proceeded to wait another 15-20 minutes for someone else to ask. He got my order for me, but I checked it and it had full pepperoni instead of just half. So we went back inside, another coworker on her phone was just standing there. After a while, the same employee as before came and we got him to remake our pizza. He gave us a refund, but I didn’t want that NOR did I ask for it. I wanted the correct pizza when I showed up. And when we got our new pizza back, it wasn’t stuffed crust. But I am not waiting another 20 minutes for the right pizza.

Oh my goodness, I went through the drive thru at the one on Rosewood drive in Columbia. I ordered my pizza by phone. A large thin crust veggie pizza. To be honest I never cared for your pizzas because of the thick crust. I didn't know that you sold thin crust. I stay in Elgin and there is a Pizza Hut but I didn't want to get out of my car because of the rain. So a coworker recommend ( they eat from there a lot) Little Caesars which is around the corner from where I work. Anyway I'm saying all of that to say this. I wasn't disappointed. The pizza is very delicious ?. I really don't think that Pizza Hut could've done any better. I will be back. Keep up the good work Little Ceasars. You have won over another customer.
