I had started out at a different store across town trying to get my gift card I won a work to run i called up this store and was told come on down I got you ill get your gift card to work and he did this man got my card to work and got my pizza ready in a timely manner unlike the other location

Got text Pizza ready and to see cashier for the Pizza that should been in Portal . The young gentleman said I need to see the cashier for my order. While waiting and being ignored for 5 minutes a lady walks in , cashier comes to the register and takes her order . While finishing up with the customer my order is being placed in the portal . Again not a word from employees . Poor customer service all they had to do is let me know pizza is talking longer called communication. Not like the store was full with customers. Pizza was a little dry but not bad . But unfortunately this all ain’t worse the long wait for sure .

Using the online order process definitely makes it easier. Saturday’s can be crowded, as you may expect since it’s the weekend. I ordered my food about an hour and half before arrival. When I arrived to pick up my pies they were hot and fresh. In fact, they were so good they didn’t make it home. We ate both pies on the drive.

I am beyond annoyed I got a stuff crust cheese pizza I asked for extra garlic parmesan butter and paid for the extra when I received my order I went home and saw that there was no garlic parmesan butter at all and the pizza was cold as well I am very disappointed and will be calling in the morning and asking for a refund for the item I didn’t receive on my pizza and I will not be ordering from here again I normally don’t order for this location but never again will I order from here and the staff all looked really annoyed and rude when I enter the building not one person said anything I told them I was picking up an order and the guy said ok and then couldn’t even find my order and finally found it in the back just overall wasn’t impressed if I was you guys I would order from a different little Caesar’s the stuff look like they didn’t care

Ordered delivery online and never got my food. Delivery was through Door dash, so I contacted them, was told to contact store, couldn't get a hold of them on the phone so I drove over. Was ignored for at least 5 minutes then was unable to get a straight answer about how a Dasher could pick up the wrong order. Told to contact Door dash as it was not their problem. Didn't offer solutions. Fortunately was able to get a refund through Little Caesars corporate delivery hotline.
I love Little Caesars pizza, but this store is terrible.
