This was my first time visiting this location. (takeout order)The staff was friendly and although it was quite hectic due to the holidays, everyone remained professional and accommodating. I know you all were doing your job and for some it was disheartening being away from your families, you all did a superb job.I especially like how you dealt with rude customers who complained because of the prolonged wait. Kudos to each member of the team!
Fried okra was soggy. Portion of tartar sauce was small (portion cup was less than half full, and there was an uncharged for an appropriate amount. When I arrived, the front cashier was sorting bags and did not immediately acknowledge me for assistance
Meatloaf on Wed. Great!
Liver and onions on Thurs. Great!!
My favorite location is Florence, but i just moved to Columbia.
