It's always a great place to eat. The service was extra awesome this time.

Reminded me a small diner back home that I used to go to with my dad and granddad when I was a kid. Old school greasy spoon kinda place with great comfort food on the menu

After placing the order at 449 pm 2 July 25 two of the plates where ready in 15 minutes then the plates set on the counter for another 20 minutes. No warming area waiting for the last plate to get done. I ask when it going to be done. They said waiting on the cheese burger to be done. Which to find out it was never started the burger. Got everything after another 15 minutes and the same two plates where still seating on the counter get ice cold. Never going back again

Best Western omelet I've had in a long time ,the food was good

Ordered flounder and grits. The server took a long time to bring out the order. Needless to say the flounder was not hot. We were very disappointed. Told our server about the fish. She said the flounder gets cold quickly and made no attempt to get us a better order of fresh, hot fish. Probably will not return to Lizards Thicket on Garner's Ferry. Paid 23.99 for a food order that was sub par. Oh well. Good help is harder and harder to find these days.

I eat their weekly. Grew up eating Lizards Thicket. Started out at the one that used to be by the airport. I’ve eaten at all of them. They are all good. Love the breakfast. Love the specials. Love the staff. Would recommend anybody that has had a bad Experience. Don’t let that one time experience stop you from enjoying a lot more of good experiences there. Highly recommend them.!!!!👍

They don’t cater to dietary restrictions for all customers. Disappointing…

Very disgusting food, very small portions. We were excited to try this SC classic, but we will never be going again ☹️ Suuuuper salty, our fried stuff was soggy, tasted like chemicals, It was just so bad.

Had to post again from 2 years ago. They are STILL, my absolute favorite. Bacon wrapped jalapeño peppers, 1930 Philly, and baked beans. Still good, still flavorful, still the best in Columbia! Compliments to the chef!!
