My two daughters and I went to this location for the first time and we were veryyy disappointed. We sat at table for 15 mins with no bread n butter just waiting, mind you the waitress had came and took our drink orders from the bar. 5 min went by, waitress came back and ask did we want water cause the bartender was not having a good night and it would be a while for our drinks ( still no bread on our table). Finally we got the bread ( still no drinks) So I asked the waitress when we finally got the drinks, where my Sangria was soooo strong and not sweet as usual, how long will it be for our food. Finallyyy we got our food which my daughter sent her plate back due to both of her mash potatoes were cold, Mine was cold but I dealt with it. Another customer at a table from us ordered a salad was nottt happy and sent it back, she was bought another one and was not happy with it and sent it back and said she would just go with the wings. She got her wings which she told her waitress they were tooo light and she wanted them a lil darker and crispy. They finally got it right for her. I have been to the Harbison loc numerous times and was alwaysss satisfied but I will never come back to this one. Maybe they were having a bad night but it’s a no for me. Oan our waitress was nice and pleasant.

I’m late leaving my review but I had to leave this review, Sunday nite arrived around 6ish and we were sat in the booths around the bar where you can see waitresses put in orders at kiosk. Well the waitresses that worked that area that nite took at least 10mins before waiting on us. While waiting for her to get our drink and food order she was at the kiosk and I saw her go into her back pocket and pull out a red vape pin. She puffed on it really fast and put it back into her back pocket. This is why she was all over the place you high at work and can’t focus. That needs to be addressed and your bartender I watched her put her bare hands into lime bowl and place the limes in peoples drinks then rub her nose nasty bartender and area where they pickup the drinks from I was so turned off I didn’t even order a margarita and I always buy a drink when I’m at a restaurant but not this time. I had great service my last experience my first time with my family and this second experience was terrible. I go out to eat a lot but this particular Sunday night was a complete turn off. Food great but service terrible don’t be getting high while taking orders that should be immediate write up. And I don’t know if one of the employees prep the food in window or if she was a waitress but you shouldn’t have long braids down to your knees and hanging in front hair can get in people food like that pull that mess back. Nobody won’t hair in there food. The host with the two cornrows not so friendly.

Had a bad experience at this location a few months ago and decided to give it another chance and the service was still very slow but our server was very nice and the food was very good !

This place could REALLY use a deep cleaning. The amount of food trash and other miscellaneous trash under prep and storage areas is pretty alarming. I doubt they'd pass a health inspection if it were popped on this group soon.

We Enjoyed every bite of our meals ... For me ... it's the Flo's Filet Cooked to Perfection Added a Lobster tail Had their Mac and Cheese and Brussels sprouts for my sides Ohh my goodness and the Hot Bread with Whipped Butter Ohh Yeah Soooo Goooood My husband had the Chopped steak with Mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts We had Coca-Cola & Sprite for our drinks Oh my goodness gracious me oh my... The Chocolate Lava Cake .... Absolutely Delicious So Moist... Excellent And the Carmel Pecan Cheesecake... this is Delicious 😋... I'm ready to go back now , especially after writing this review.... Yummmmmm

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of Handicapped parking... It's easy peasy to move a chair so your Wheelchair may fit so you may enjoy your meal at Longhorn Steakhouse... Yummie
