Our server dropped the bread in my lap. No big deal, he took 20 minutes to get us another along with our salads. I ordered a medium rare filet and lobster tail. Was served an overly well done sirloin that was dryer than the bottom of an elderly persons foot. ? The food was dropped at our table and the server never returned. Stood up 3 times looking for him then eventually just paid with the QR code by phone. Don't waste your money. You could probably get a better steak from the back of a truck in a gas station parking lot.

Very fast service!!! We pulled up and the carry out person was prompt and asked if we needed anything. Very friendly inside at the bar, and busy workers focused on making people happy! A1! ✅

Horrible curbside pickup. What’s the point of doing curbside pickup if you have to go INSIDS to pickup your food?? I truly regret giving a tip online if I’d known I had to get out of my car to retrieve my food. The girl who handed me my food didn’t even say hello or anything when I walked up to the counter. Horrible customer service.

This place served a sirloin and called it a filet. They sent the greeter over to confirm it was a filet, who taught us that filets and sirloins were basically the same thing.

This is the worst lunch I ever had at LongHorn steakhouse. First the waiter named Travis had an attitude. Really didn't give me enough time to settle because I was meeting a friend there for her birthday and he just had an attitude issue. The friend I met at the Longhorn we both order the same thing. The only difference was she ordered a loaded baked potato and I ordered the rice. He gave us a bottle of A 1 sauce and the bottle was dirty so we asked for another bottle. My steak was dried and my rice was cold and half cooked. You might as well say undercooked. We really didn't see much of our waiter but like I said every time he came he had an attitude and then he asked me if I wanted to box. I said no I didn't want that and then he asked me if I wanted something different and I said no. So I paid the bill and we left. This is the first time I ever had a bad experience at LongHorn. My thing is this, if you don't want to work, go find a job somewhere else where someone else will be glad to serve people.

Some of the best steaks in town, regardless of price. Always cooked as requested.

Disappointing Takeout Experience at Longhorn Steakhouse on Decker BoulevardAs we embarked on our wedding anniversary weekend, we decided to forgo the kitchen duties and indulge in a sumptuous meal from Longhorn Steakhouse on Decker Boulevard. While initially tempted by the nearby Chinese restaurant's allure, the sizzle of steaks won us over.Longhorn Steakhouse has been a go-to for us due to its consistent service and excellent food quality during previous dine-in experiences. However, this time, opting for takeout proved to be a different tale.Upon arrival just before the designated pickup time, we were met with a bustling restaurant—a testament to its popularity. We provided our vehicle details and selected a pickup bay, only to find ourselves waiting for our order amidst a sea of parked cars. After a brief delay, I had to venture inside to inquire about our meal's status—a hiccup in an otherwise smooth process. While both the ribeye and NY strip steaks were cooked to perfection, I couldn't help but notice the diminutive size of the ribeye, seemingly 25% smaller than what we anticipated. Moreover, the accompaniments—rice and French fries—were scant, leaving us questioning if there was a supply shortage. The disappointment continued as we unpacked our sides. The "loaded" potatoes arrived with a mere smattering of toppings, barely filling half a condiment cup for each. The portion sizes of the honey wheat bread and Caesar salad were a far cry from what we had become accustomed to during dine-in experiences, resembling portions more suited for elementary school lunches.Given the total cost exceeding $90, our expectations were understandably high, yet unfortunately unmet. While credit is due for the impeccably cooked steaks, the overall value for money fell short. We anticipated a lavish feast to commemorate our special occasion but were left wanting. In conclusion, while Longhorn Steakhouse has consistently delivered on flavor and service in the past, this takeout experience fell below expectations. Hopefully, this serves as constructive feedback for them to reassess their takeout offerings and ensure a more satisfying experience for future patrons.

The management was not accommodating for our group of seven, had empty tables but, and all we needed is on more seat, we were told that a chair could not be placed on the end and we seen other tables with a chair on the end. Also three of us arrived and asked for seating for 7 and we were told that we could not be seated until all the guests had arrived, they (mangers) were told that we would be ordering for the guests. And not to mention there were plenty of empty tables available, we spoke directly to the mangers and were not friendly and very short with us. They turned my 60th birthday celebration at what use to be one of my favorite restaurants into a total disaster. But thankfully Outback restaurant did everything they could to make up for long hours short coming.
