Our waitress was very inattentive and our food took more than 40 minutes to arrive and that's only after I tracked down our server to ask about our dinner. Then she goes to check and comes back with the entrees. And then this woman decides to circle the gratuity percentages as if she even earned a tip. I won't be coming g back to this location ever! Terrible service, food was good but was only warm. Don't even know the servers name as she never gave it it to us. Unbelievably terrible service. And I tipped her $10 anyways only because I have worked in the business, not because of her services.

The table and stuff on the table was dirty it was dust all above our food on the decorations The service sucked the waitress talked like she had a mouth full of water my wife's food was wrong I was unsatisfied and tried to leave and the lady would not take my money had to wait another 25 mins on bill 2 be accepted by the waitress smh the only plus was my food was really good I ate salmon and it was perfect none the less I spent 120 and was upset by the time I left smh everyone has a bad day hopefully this was their bad day🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I won't be returning

Steaks were fine. Ribs were fine. Parmesan chicken was very dry, and the cheese was rubbery. I had to send it back. Fantastic server! The carpet has an odor and needs to, at the least, be cleaned. Might be time to replace it.

Hr is get warm steaks an all 4 steaks ordered med rare, arrive well done. Never returning.

When we just seated down the table smells like a rotten rag and the lamp on table was covered with oil stains. Fried shrimp is very salty, very unhealthy too so I didn’t eat it.

We were seated quickly and our server Angel acknowledged us as she was also tending the bar.
Our food was delicious. I ordered the pork chops and a salad. My husband had the half rack of ribs with baked potato and a bowl of French onion soup.
We enjoyed every bite.

Can’t speak to the quality of the food but the service is non existent. After being squeezed in a corner behind a birthday party we waited for 15 minutes and no one came by to even take our drink order. I went and asked the hostess if our server knew we were there since we hadn’t seen anyone in 15 minutes. She said “oh” and went back of house. We waited another 10 minutes and a new server came out of the kitchen and went to the table behind us. We decided to leave. As we were leaving the hostess said “well she’s really busy”. So ok, but everyone else in the restaurant was being served except us. It was obviously time to go.

My best friend and I went here on Friday. We were told that it would be a minute wait and it turned out to be an hour and forty-five minutes.

I called ahead at 8p for seating. I was told that it would be a 30min wait. I said that was fine. We arrived at 830p. I actually arrived and walked in at 848p. We were told we still had a few minutes to wait. All 4 girls sat at the side stations on their phones. My phone alerted me 3 times that my table was ready however they continued to sit and chat and b on phones. I got up MYSELF and walked over to them and asked if the wait would be any longer because I had received my message. In which she responded "oh tht means your table is ready then" . And she then passed me off to another girl who was on her phone chatting with her. We finally got seated at 910p. From there we were seated in the back by the restroom. Our server was Jerome. Who immediately when introducing himself let us know that due to him being tired he needed to sit down to take our order. We let him know tht it was our first time and we needed a second. We ordered our food and it was in by 920p. Our food didn't come out until 10. Our food was wrong. It was sent back. Then the correct food came back. When our food came back I had no sour cream no butter for my potatoe or garlic butter for my salmon and shrimp. I then asked for those items my food had gotten cold by the time my server brought those items back. When I asked to speak to a manager. The black man manager came he didn't introduce himself the situation was explained and he sat there as if not knowing what to do with the situation so I asked if he could take my meal off and we would pay for the steak and if he could bring the ticket. We sat 30mins at the table before our server came and asked if we were ok. I responded we waiting for the manager to come back. And he goes oh the manager said you didn't want anything. HORRIBLE SERVICE. HORRIBLE MANAGER. WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE MONDAY TO COMPLAIN. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION DO NOT EAT AT LONGHORN GO TO OUTBACK. [[I know all exact times because being that this was my first time I took pictures of everything]]
