Today, my mom, her boyfriend and I all went to Long Horns after Christmas shopping! We were expecting an okay service since they have a 4.1 star, but instead we got condescending remarks from the so-called ‘management’ and uncooked burgers! My mom’s boyfriend cut into his burger and it looked like they had just taken the cow to slaughter before they laid it on his plate to be served. My mothers steak was barely cooked— my mother ordered her steak medium rare and my moms boyfriend got his burger as medium, but apparently to this location medium rare and medium mean “medium chance of death”. The manager, of whom never introduced himself, but we’d already assumed he was since he comped 2 other families meals before we even started eating or sitting down. He said there was “different versions of what people consider medium to medium rare”, and that it is “neither here nor there”! His response felt condescending but he took our meals back. My mother’s food looked okay when returned and so did her boyfriends but made us *very* wary to eat again. The server was very nice and even she said “oh, wow!” when she saw the inside of the raw burger. But here’s the real kicker, we got no compensation for anything!
BTW: clean your floors, this is not Texas Roadhouse before COVID-19.

We went last night, location harbison Columbia sc. Longhorn has always been my favorite. We were celebrating a graduation we got seated right away unfortunately as soon as the waiter walked up she informed us that they were out of numerous things. To me that is just an immediate sign of poor management we proceeded to order and of course more things were unavailable. We chose longhorn due to some of our favorite items. Unfortunately those we're not available it was very disappointing

Great food for a traveler. Being from Texas, I order the burger as always and it was great! Baked sweet potato and chicken stripe were good too. Only prob was the look I got when I asked from white gravy to dip chicken in. It's a thing in Texas.

The food was absolutely Devine. We did call ahead to be put us on the waiting list because it was a Saturday night. It was a 45min wait before we were seated and another 2 jours before we saw our food. Luckily however they have a well functioning bar. The Texas Tea and Mango Margarita’s tied us over till we were seated. Our sever was so nice and attentive and made sure we had plenty of bread and refills. We don’t fault him for the long wait. They were just understaffed and we understood. When we got our food and it was EVERYTHING. The filet mignons were cooked perfectly by customer preference. The ribeye was falling off the bone tender and my burger was so juicy one of the best I’ve had. This restaurant definitely has a handle on their beef. But I would have to say the highlight of the evening was the desert. The Stampede is a desert like no other definitely brings multiple people to help you eat it cause it is a monster of a desert.

My friend and I sat at the bar on Thursday night and had the pleasure of having Marcus as our server. He greeted us within seconds of sitting and down and was very attentive the entire time. We didn’t order food but every drink we ordered came out quickly. His service and personality made our experience very enjoyable and from server to server he didn’t miss a beat!
