Bagel and coffee was phenomenal!!! and Rachel taking our order was awesome. I’ve been a barista in NYC for 3 years and wasn’t expecting this quality from a little spot in SC. Wish I could rate higher than a 5/5

I don’t think I’ve ever been disappointed in my many visits to Loveland. The service is fantastic, and while the food itself isn’t elite, the coffee is—and we’re talking about a coffee shop, after all. Best locally roasted coffee, and favorite coffee shop in town, hands down.

Went for the first time today 1/1/26. Was with a friend from out of town and the two ladies helping us (I didn’t get their names 🙁) were so kind and patient! When my order came out, I didn’t realize they used everything bagel seasoning (I’m allergic to poppyseeds) on the avocado toast. When I went and asked, they said yes but they could remake it for me without the seasoning!! I was so thankful, and appreciative since most places these days would have just said ‘so sorry’ and left it at that. Thank you so much, and it was delicious!! Happy New Year!!

This is by far one of my favorite places to go to in the greater Columbia area. But especially in Irmo. Great atmosphere for catching up with friends, “working from home“, studying or taking some time to journal. The coffee is amazing and incredibly flavorful. The food is absolutely spectacular. And the owners, Jessica and Beach, do an amazing job of finding staff that are fun and wonderful to engage with. If you are just visiting the area, new to the area or have never been, everyone should experience Loveland’s at least once. Because then you’ll be back.

Wonderful place to study, chat, draw, or just enjoy some coffee. I only wish there was more seating available because this place is so nice. Additionally, regarding the gluten free options they are truly gluten free and avoid cross contamination for anyone with celiac disease.

coffee was not good. atmosphere is nice. prices aren’t too bad compared to other coffee shops around. i dont understand why they serve in to go cups even if you dine in. most local coffee shops serve in mugs if you dine in. lame
Interesting experience. First we wait in line to only get to the menu on the counter once we were up to order. Kinda slows things down a bit. They should have a menu before it’s your turn to order. After placing order, each of our breakfast sandwiches were called out separately, and then our coffees were called out last over a span of at least 10 minutes. The one breakfast sandwich was missing the sausage( it was only an egg and cheese). I took it back to the counter, and they kindly said they would add a sausage patty to it. They brought it back and it was toasted this time which we never asked for. It was hard as a rock. Not even edible. We took it down to ask about it, girl at food delivery counter said it’s normal for that. Just disappointed in the overall experience., especially with having two separate issues with one breakfast sandwich and how the orders are all sporadic. My bagel was cold by the time we got our drinks and another breakfast sandwich..

Loveland consistently makes the best coffee around all while being a very cool and ethical company. It's always my go to meet up spit with friends or place to swing by on the go. The food is also absolutely incredible. The drinks are always the perfect mix of sweet and creamy. You can always still taste the actual coffee, which is so incredible and roasted by them. It's never too bitter or drowned in milk. Highly recommend

First visit today. The store is fabulous and looks like the kind of place I could hang out and enjoy. They even sell plants! The girls behind the counter on the other hand seemed as if I was bothering them by just being there. An older man walked in behind the counter and mid sentence the girl answering my question just turned around and acted like he was someone important, and I obviously was not. From someone who sadly admits my biggest expenditure is my coffee habit, I'm very sad that they put no emphasis on customer service. I own a local small business and I'd be really let down if I ever heard my team treated someone this way.
