Birthday celebration for my wife at MGrille could not have been better!
We held a celebration for my wife’s 75th birthday at MGrille, with about 30 friends. Michelle Wang was wonderful for us to work with in designing the menu and arranging the venue. The food was everything we could have hoped for, Michelle made special accommodations for vegetarians and everything was delicious. The food was kept warm in chafing dishes during the first hour of the party, while we mingled and chatted. When the group was ready to eat, the tops of the chafing dished were removed and folks filled their plates … the food was delicious and perfect for serving. Everyone commented about how great the food was, the two cocktails we picked out for the party were enthusiastically enjoyed and there were also three choices for nonalcoholic drinks. We also greatly appreciate Michelle’s wonderful staff for the party - Leo, Kyle, Payton and Frank, thanks again! The venue was comfortable and generously sized. The baby grand piano was great for the occasion (and thank you to Bert Ligon, a delightful pianist). We are so thankful to Michelle for making this important milestone celebration so perfect, easy for us and special! 👏🥂

I recently rented this amazing venue for my graduation celebration, and it truly exceeded my expectations! The space was beautiful, clean, classy, and modern. It created the perfect atmosphere for such a special occasion, and my family and friends were all very well accommodated.
While there was a bit of an issue with the owner regarding alcohol, we were able to resolve it smoothly, and everything turned out great in the end.
I especially want to give a big shout-out to Cicily, the bartender the owner arranged for us. Cicily was fantastic and added so much fun and professionalism to the evening!
I would definitely rent this venue again for any future event. Highly recommend!

I, was there for a private 90 th Birthday party, for about 50 people, everything was great, until the Owner came, and told us to pack up, and get out of her Restaurant as soon as possible, Nasty attitude, and very poor customer service, she then threatened to call the Police on us, never been so Insulted in my life, never will go to any of her Restaurant again.

I do NOT know where to begin! If you are celebrating any type of event within 100 miles of Columbia SC then this is the place to do it. Michelle and her team are absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond to cater to my families needs. Our family celebrated our fathers 70th birthday but you can do baby showers, weddings, engagement parties, literary anything can be accommodated! I loved how intimate the M Grill location is. After Michelle made sure our family was set for the day she stepped back and allowed us the comfort of celebrating amongst family and friends. We were allowed to cater our own food and bring our own wine/champagne! This was a true convenience as everyone likes what they like and no one wants a generic menu. This blew our families expectations monumentally! Thank you so much Michelle for blessing our family with an unforgettable evening!

My husband and I attended a birthday party at M Grille this afternoon, and we were very impressed with the beautiful facility, delicious food, and hospitable service. The interior decoration of M Grille is classic and elegant, and therefore, it is easy to accommodate your own color theme and style. There were several types of sushi including salmon and spicy tuna sashimi , and all were very fresh and tasty. The menu also included Kung Pao chicken, sour and sweet shrimp, satay beef, curry chicken potstickers, garlic green beans and broccoli, grilled chicken and beef, fried flounder, fried rice, etc. M Grille working with its sister restaurant, M Vista, not only served a variety of dishes, but also placed the food in very unique plates, which enhanced the appeal of the atmosphere. The owner keeps this place very clean and used spotless white tablecloths for our event. The grand piano was a big plus - the birthday girl’s mother played the Happy Birthday song while everyone sang along. What a memorable moment! I highly recommend M Grille to anyone who plans a special event and who wants to work with kind, thoughtful, and professional people.
