There was this women there I forgot her name but she gave me this ice cream cup and it was dripping ice cream is asked for her to clean it and she gave me napkins to clean it myself service is horrible please choose better employees

Didn't try the ice cream but the cookies are beyond great. Definitely recommend them to anyone who loves cookies.

Good ice cream

Went in with the fam on Tuesday after our movie around 8. It was our first time here and the girls working were so helpful in making sure we all got something we’d like! They offered samples and suggestions and were very friendly. I’m not typically one to leave reviews, but we will definitely start the tradition of getting ice cream after our showings!

I genuinely NEVER write reviews on google, but just had one of the worst customer service experiences so I felt the need. Maybe five people in front of me, but the entire order/check out process probably took over half an hour. One girl working out front until a nice gentleman comes to help. He was very efficient, so that was okay until I got to check out. The group in front of me gave $5 and some change to pay, but the girl working the register only put in that they paid with $5. They were trying to explain to her how she gave them the wrong change, which yeah, it wasn’t much but it’s the principle behind it. So the girl just stares at them while they explain multiple times. They finally got so upset that they left. At this point my ice cream has melted all over the floor. I finally get to the front and ask for a slice of cookie cake (confused because the display case had a few pieces missing out of the cookie cake), but I guess they keep the cookies that they can actually serve in the back? So she was super sassy when I asked about that. I just think you should train employees a little better for the customer service aspect and I guess on how to count money? I am so sorry because this seems snotty, but it genuinely ruined my view of marble slabs.

Usually love coming to this location. The ice cream was so soft and melting more than usual. They had all the ice cream doors open so the heat was melting the top layer of ice cream. Dont want rock hard ice cream but you dont want to eat a milk shake with a spoon. The young lady was having trouble putting it in the bowl. Luckly i was only getting for a 6 year old and not myself. And it wasnt that busy maybe 5-6 customers.

Outstanding ice cream & very friendly service. Even with a long line, the staff was fast & professional while still being courteous. They also give military discounts, which is much appreciated.

Slowest place in the world. Sat there in line for 40 mins employees walking around looking clueless with no urgency whatsoever. Our group just decided to leave.

Stopped here after having dinner at Kairos. They've always been a good treat to have after dinner. The only issue this time was that one of the employees (in the video) wasn't wearing gloves while handling the orders for customers. In the midst of him making orders, and while waiting, he was constantly touching his hair. He ended up taking my order and asked, "Hello, how may I help you?" I instantly said, "Well, 1st let's put some gloves on, and then we can move forward ?." We were good after that. The employees also need to watch for the children waiting too. One of the customers' children was reaching over the glass, grabbing and eating toppings, and the employees nor the parent aid anything.

i usually don’t leave reviews but i felt i needed to on this. my ice cream was melting when it was handed to me.. the cone was stale. threw over half of it away.. and then we got a slice of cookie cake that tasted like card board. it was $30 on 2 small ice creams, 1 cookie & a slice of cookie cake
