i usually don’t leave reviews but i felt i needed to on this. my ice cream was melting when it was handed to me.. the cone was stale. threw over half of it away.. and then we got a slice of cookie cake that tasted like card board. it was $30 on 2 small ice creams, 1 cookie & a slice of cookie cake

POOR SERVICE, LONG WAIT. They were really busy and had two people working. I was fine with waiting but watching the employees work with no sense of urgency or regard for the growing line was frustrating. When a third employee did show up she scrapped the very little bit of ice cream off the slab for about 10 minutes as the line grew longer. I honestly think the line would not have been long if anyone decided to work with purpose.

Great place to stop by for dessert. Loved that they had a kids size cup, perfect size for little kids and unlimited mix-ins ensured kids could get whatever they wanted. Also tried the strawberry shortcake sundae and it delicious, really big so definitely meant to be shared.

Ice cream was creamy and flavorful. Lots of toppings, but not too much. Some people might say it's pricey but no more expensive than other similar shops. Very satisfied! I had bought my son's cookies and cream birthday cake here and it was also amazing!

It was ok. The tables and floor were dirty. I got sprinkles in vanilla ice cream and they were so few, I had to ask for more and the young girl looked at me as if I asked her for free ice cream. First time there and last.

I absolutely love this place. It is busy, however, when I go the line does move. They are right beside a busy movie theater and tons of people come in right after or before the movie. The staff is always patient and great. I appreciate you all.

First time trying Marble Slab. The Chocolate butter pecan ice cream was good. However, I didn't care for the display of the waffle bowls as all of them wasn't covered. So, I got a small cup.

Okay, I've never had a problem with this Marble Slab before. They most definitely got a new crew. I walk in a the music IS BLASTING. There are children in here and the music is talking about sex and selling "dope." This is absolutely ridiculous. The music is extremely explicit and extremely loud. I will not be coming back here. I will have to go to Cold Stone. Very disappointed as i've been coming here for a while. Of course the food was good because ice cream is ice cream but this is not okay.

The only highlight is you can mix up your ice cream just like you want it. Otherwise pack your patience. Service is never a good experience.
