This is similar to a cold stone creamery. Choose your ice cream flavor and add the mix ins. Good service. Watch your total as I was charged for 3 and only had 2 sundaes. My daughter had eaten hers before I could take the picture. Lol.

The employees service is astonishing and Ive never had a problem during any of my visits ive always been satisfied! But, when it comes to looking for employment I would not reccomend applying here. The manager is nice but when it comes too being consistent she lacks. For 1, she pushed back my interview multiple times on the day of the interview. And once I went through with the interview , she made it seem like i was more then capable of the position and then ghosted me after PLENTY of follow up texts after the interview . Otherwise , I love this location and reccomend going. 😊

Went to marble slab today for lunch to grab some cookies only to get back to work and had to throw them away. Cookies was extremely hard. Very disappointing waste of money

Very dirty! Floors were covered in standing water, mold and dust caking the ceiling and the walls were disgusting. Service was not good and everything seemed just nasty.

This place has consistently let us down. It looks dirty inside and I haven’t seen people move as slowly as the staff in there, regardless of crowd or time of day.Most recently: I ordered a cake several days in advance of my daughters birthday party, and found out upon walking in to pick it up that they did not have my order ready, did not have a plain cake available for me to purchase, nor did they have a decorator on hand to decorate it. This was an hour before the party.I asked if they could reach out to another location to see if one was equipped to help me out and I was told, “you can call them if you want, we’re not really connected,” as a piece of the baseboard fell onto the floor.Unbelievable.I have only gone in this store a few times, but every time I tell myself it should be the last time. This time it will be.
