The employees service is astonishing and Ive never had a problem during any of my visits ive always been satisfied! But, when it comes to looking for employment I would not reccomend applying here. The ice cream is always great! I’m leaving 3 stars because when I walked in there were 2 employees up front and they never even turned around to acknowledge me. One was even on the phone and they both turned around and walked to the back. If it wasn’t for the awesome service of Ladajah, who was carrying boxes from the back and set them down to come help me, I would still be standing there waiting to be served. I thought the cotton candy ice cream had a stronger/better flavor than cold stone’s!! Also great service, very friendly towards customers. I would definitely stop by again for some ice cream
