The treats are awesome. The place smells delicious 😂😂. The treats are sumptuous. I had the snicker milkshake. It was a bit too thick but tasted great once it melted down a bit. The picture has the drizzle on top and I didn’t get that on mine, will just ask for it the next time I go back.
The employees seemed a bit disoriented with the rush but were able to serve with a polite smile and greeting.

I haven't been to a Marble Slab in a while and can tell that the icecream is very different. Most of the staff was very friendly. My order got messed up because one associate wasn't really paying attention, but it was minor. I can't say that I'll go out of my way to come back any time soon for the experience at those prices.
Update: The owner clarified that this is the original recipe for this location. With that information, I can only assume that I just prefer icecream from other Marble Slab locations and recommend going to those instead.

I came into marble slab having a bad day hoping some ice cream would cheer me up and this young lady who served me I didn’t get her name but she had blue with copperish braids and I can say she made my day a lot better she was so nice she talked to me with such care she asked me how my day was going and just all around being very helpful and kind I can truly say that, that was by far the best customer service I’ve had in a long time and I will definitely be coming back plus the ice cream was great

I have never gone to this place, but, heard some wonderful things about it. My Sisters would often take my Nieces and Nephews there (downtown location) when they were young and my Nieces and Nephews continued the tradition when they came home from college. Fast forward a few decades and I returned home to live and the topic came up regarding Marble Slab during a discussion we were having, so, we decided to go to the Garners Ferry Road location. I’m a very visual person and will absolutely not partake in a restaurant/eatery/or confectionery that is not clean nor give the impression that its employees don’t care. Hopefully, it was only this location that didn’t fit the bill and I will try the Marble Slab location closer to my home in Sandhills. I will update my experience at that time.

The place is a mess, from the floor to the tables. I almost fell trying to check out due to slippery wet dirty floor. I came for some cookies till I a fly on them so, I got ice cream and it was melting before I could sit down on top of that they couldn’t mix my toppings. Maybe another day!
My grandsons and daughter enjoyed a hot day with banana and cotton candy ice cream. The ice cream is fresh and delicious. We bought a slice of chocolate chip cookies.

My grandson and I had a wonderful time enjoying our ice cream. He ate ALL of it surprisingly! It wasn't as clean, however it was very busy. Potentially an extra staff member to keep things tidied. Otherwise the experience of Marble Slabs icecream never disappoints.

As of recent, everytime we order our order has been canceled due to not having the basic flavors of ice cream ie. vanilla. This is not even on busy weekends, but just an average Wednesday. I'm not sure what's going on at this location anymore but they have fallen off completely. After speaking with them today, after part of my order was canceled, I was told that they couldn't make my order due to not having vanilla nor sweat creme ice cream. They are definitely not what they used to be sadly.

Absolutely ridiculous. I went on the evening of March 17th and will never go back. Upon arriving the line was at the door. Which I was like well thats either means the ice cream is good or there is an issue. Got in line and stood there for almost 30 minutes before leaving to go to Brewsters where I was able to get my ice cream and leave all within 10 minutes. They only had two girls behind the counter that were taking orders and also checking people out at the registers. They had gloves on and were not changing gloves in between touching the register, handling money, and making people's orders. Then there was a guy that was in the back that came out a few times where he just talked to the girls. On one occasion he did operate the register and make someone's order however, he did not have gloves on at all while preparing the item. Absolute gross and the wait was ridiculous. At no point in time were we greeted when we walked in nor was anything said when we turned to walk out. For my initial visit this was horrible and definitely don't have to worry about me coming back because I wont.
