Absolutely ridiculous. I went on the evening of March 17th and will never go back. Upon arriving the line was at the door. Which I was like well thats either means the ice cream is good or there is an issue. Got in line and stood there for almost 30 minutes before leaving to go to Brewsters where I was able to get my ice cream and leave all within 10 minutes. They only had two girls behind the counter that were taking orders and also checking people out at the registers. They had gloves on and were not changing gloves in between touching the register, handling money, and making people's orders. Then there was a guy that was in the back that came out a few times where he just talked to the girls. On one occasion he did operate the register and make someone's order however, he did not have gloves on at all while preparing the item. Absolute gross and the wait was ridiculous. At no point in time were we greeted when we walked in nor was anything said when we turned to walk out. For my initial visit this was horrible and definitely don't have to worry about me coming back because I wont.

They expect you to wait in line for cookies when there is a 20/30 minute line getting ice cream. Be for real. All it takes is less than a minute to throw a few cookies in a bag. This is not the first time and I will not be back to this location. A bunch of teenagers with lack of customer service skills.

You can't beat the icecream. The staff there are so friendly and nice. My husband and I were there at the end of the day and even though I'm sure it was a pain to fix icecream close to closing time, they made us feel welcome. Bravo to the staff.

This location is awful! We drove all the way over to this location as it shows they close at 9:30 p.m., which means the doors should not lock until 9:30 p.m. When we arrived which was still well before this time, the doors were locked, the employees looked right at us, turned their heads, and walked away. We tried calling them when we returned to our car and watched a young lady walk from the back look at the phone and then put it down and walk away. We have tried calling them again during the day but, the phone goes straight to voicemail. There is no way to report to a manager because no one will pick the phone up. It appears to be just some teens working there at night and no responsible adult supervising. I would say just go to Brusters Ice Cream they are right there in Sandhills as well and, offer a lot of flavors.

I just paid $6.88f or a very small watermelon and lemonade cup of ice-cream and I threw it away. I will not go back in there again. I just wasted $6.88 plus tax.

This guy didn’t wash his hands prior to preparing the ice cream, his hair was greasy, no hair net, no beard guard, or gloves! However, his coworker washed his hands and wore gloves!#Completelydisgusted

This is one of the best stores in Village at Sandhill. Plenty of nearby parking and excellent flavors to choose from, all of which are tasty. You can get pints and quarts of ice cream and customize to your liking. Many toppings available. You can also get cookies and cookie cakes, those are good! If you are ever near this area, you should definitely check out Marble Slab. Since I live right near this spot, it's a common place to go for me. It usually isn't super busy and there is seating inside and outside.
I recommend going somewhere else. They don’t check their orders. I made an order for pick up and when I showed up they said I never ordered anything. After proving I already paid for my order they stated it would take another 3 to 4 hours. The owner did reach out and remedy the situation to the best of his ability.

Took the employees a while to acknowledge the customers in line. This seems to be a normal occurrence. Sadly, there aren’t any non dairy options anymore. Tried the strawberry ice cream but it did not really have a strawberry flavor and it wasn’t as cold. It was melting before stepping out of the store.
