I called because they were super late and in my app it showed the e food wasn't in progress so I called and was put on hold then hung up on. Called back a few times and was put on hold then hung up on. The driver miraculously showed up at my door. He promised me a free meal when I told him how ticked off I was but after being done like this I don't trust that store making my food. So I threw the food away.

The wait is terrible. Service is terrible. Even the cashier yells at a child to stop “being a child”. We waited for way to long (hours) to order to just have to cancel our order all because the card reader rebooted and now we are waiting for another hour. Edit: turns out they forgot order and were waiting longer.

If you're gonna charge me the full price, then use all the toppings I asked for. I got a garden veggie pizza and wanted half pineapple, half green peppers, and the rest of the toppings on the whole pizza. They only put onions on the whole pizza and jalapeños on one side, and that's it. They need to train their staff better. Plus, they put the wrong sauce container with cheese sticks.

Whoever made my pizza did an amazing job it was hot and fresh and toppings were the right amount of mushrooms, bacon and beef. I get the same thing normally when I order from this location I will say they have Improved . Order delivery# 112 and order # 196690809

I took a picture of the condition of my pizza when it was delivered. It had definitely been dumped sideways as all the ingredients had slid to the backside of the box. I thought there would be a way to post the picture. I paid over $30 which included a $5 tip. I’m so disappointed and will not order from Marco’s again.

I ordered two pizzas for delivery. My total charge was $65 for an extra large and a large build your own. I ordered, I paid the wrong pizza arrived. I called the hardscrabble Road location. Ask for a manager I spoke with Miss Mariah. After hanging up on me twice telling me they were too busy and she could not guarantee when I get my pizza. Mariah is one of the rudest individuals I have encountered in a very long time. If you don’t want the job quit!!!

I waited at this pizza place for over an hour and I ordered it online for carry out. I missed my whole lunch break and was late getting back to work. This is really unacceptable and I think in situations like this management needs to come in and help out. I usually love Marcos pizza but I will defiantly not be back to this location. I feel so bad for the girl working behind the counter she had to do it all alone. Marcos pizza on hardscrabble do not care about their employees. Shame on yall
I love the pizzas, but the are always super busy on Friday afternoons. My last 3 visits, my orders were messed up. Given wrong item. However, I was allowed to keep the wrong item twice.

Hardscrabble location is terrible. Ordered 4 items and 3 of them were wrong. I verified the receipt and everything was clearly correct on the receipt but 3 of the 4 orders were incorrectly prepared. Chicken Cheese sandwich arrived with Steak and Chicken. Cheesy bread ordered with ranch and marinara arrived with no dips at all. Greek salad was ordered with light onions and double feta cheese. Salad arrived with double onions and light feta cheese and no greek dressing. One cheese-steak sandwich was correct and enjoyable. So bad that Marcos charges the very most expensive food and still has no clue on preparing orders correctly. I won't order pizza from them because they cannot cook a pizza correctly, Every pizza from Marcos must go into the oven at 400 for 15 minutes when it arrives.
