I always get consistently decent pizza from this place. I've never had a problem. I've ordered at least 20 times from this location. Everything is always within an acceptable range. I'd like the pizza to be more done but that's personal preference. I want the crust to crunch.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Marcos on Hard Scrabble. On May 9, 2025, at 10:25 PM, I placed a delivery order for a Medium Deluxe pizza with double Italian sausage and pineapple on a thin crust. My order number was 354. To my dismay, when the pizza arrived, it was not what I had ordered.
I quickly called the store and spoke to a man who seemed to take his job very lightly. He was laughing and joking around instead of addressing my issue seriously. I explained that my order was incorrect, but he insisted that he had prepared it himself and claimed it was the right pizza. I expressed my frustration and requested a refund, asking them to pick up the incorrect pizza. He informed me that the delivery driver had already gone home for the night and that I would need to come to the store to return the pizza for a refund.
I complied and brought the pizza back to the store, where I showed the man that it was indeed the wrong order. Instead of acknowledging my concern, he dismissed me and continued to gaslight the situation. I asked once more for my refund, but to no avail. Eventually, he contacted his manager and explained the situation while still insisting there was nothing wrong with the pizza. He mentioned that we needed a refund but didn't know how to process it.
After a few minutes, the manager said she had canceled the order and that my money should be back on my card within about 36 hours. When I checked my account, there was no pending transaction. I then asked for some form of confirmation, like a receipt, but the manager told her employee that there was nothing she could provide to prove the cancellation.
The employee, who was on a cell phone call with the manager, was asked to request a screenshot of the cancellation, but she refused. I then suggested that he ask her to send an email, which was also denied. Instead, she instructed him to call the police on us. I asked the employee for her name, but he acted as if he couldn't disclose it. While still on the phone with the manager, he asked for permission to share her name, but she simply hung up.
This entire ordeal was incredibly frustrating and stressful, and I will not be ordering from this location again due to their unprofessionalism. The manager seemed completely indifferent to the distress of both her employee and the customers. I will be sharing my experience to warn others about this unpleasant situation. It is truly disheartening to have a customer service representative suggest calling the police over a service issue. Eventually, the employee did tell us the manager’s name: Christine.

This has got to be the worst pizza place. Ordered delivery and they delivered the wrong order, not our name or even our address, had to wait an additional 50 minutes to remake our order because they delivered our order to someone else. Gave them another chance and they way overcharged for our order, and then we realized while waiting for our order and then had to wait for the manager to fix it for 20 minutes, with no explanation why. Yikes! Don't bother with with this place, O for 2 at this place to the maximum degree. Sharing this review to help other consumers from the same unpleasant experience.

I’m not sure what is going wrong with this store. My last few orders have been missing sauce or breadsticks. Today I ordered two pizzos and wings. I tipped 5 bucks prior and usually will tip 10. I just wanted to see if all of my order would come. Not one sauce cup and no Pepsi!!😡 The driver said call my manager! I’m over it!!!

My kids love Marcos. There were a few times that the manager and employee were rude and the pizza was a little over cooked. They even gave my food to someone else once. I quit going for a while. I just recently started going back. The last few times the customer service and food was great. 👍🏾
