I ordered lunch which is 1/2 a sandwich and a side... for $12... the lady rang up a full and I explained that was not what I ordered. They said you can either pay full price or wait for them to remake the sandwich. I was at the end of my lunch and didn't have time for that. It makes no sense to me they would throw away a perfectly good sandwich just because I wouldn't pay full price for something I didn't order. That's just awful customer service. Expensive for just okay food and drinks. The presentation of the food was nice but was not worth writing home about. The bathrooms are WAYYYYY too small for such a large venue. Going home to watch the game instead.
Manager on duty Tal was quite rude, came here to grab a soft drink and listen to the music to pass some time, Tal took my drink away and escorted me out of the establishment in-front of other customers for “not buying something” and after he figured out what was going on and after he threw out my drink i didn’t even get an apology he just went right back to sitting. Had to go get a new one.
