This restaurant positions itself as a higher-end dining option, and at $28 for a burger, it is clearly operating in a premium category. Unfortunately, the overall experience was somewhat lackluster.
The food itself was okay, but the service was where the experience fell apart. A few additional people joined our table, and at no point were we informed that the restaurant required a single check for parties over twelve. When we later asked to split the bill, the server openly complained and stated that it was against their policy.
What makes this especially frustrating is that the restaurant uses a tablet-based POS system, and everyone in our group was paying by card. Splitting checks in that environment is standard functionality. This was not a situation involving cash, complicated math, or unreasonable requests, just customers trying to pay their portion of an expensive meal. Chains like IHOP, Denny’s, and even fast-food restaurants handle this without issue because it’s understood that each guest is expected to pay before leaving. A restaurant charging $28 for burgers should, at minimum, meet that same baseline expectation.
We later noticed that the single-check policy is printed on the menu, but it was not communicated verbally, and it is not an assumption most customers would reasonably make.
TL;DR: Acceptable food and a fun location, but service is hostile and you'll leave wishing you had gone somewhere else.

The food and the customer service was amazing. I got the MOM burger and it was the best. My server Brandon was very good and all the foot came out in a very fast fashion. Awesome place to get food and the servers are amazing.
