I just placed and online order for my boss. For whatever reason the name didn’t update on the acct, a small miss understanding. Instead of them trying to assist my boss the where very rude and told her that she order to the wrong store. Then my boss proceeded to give the the actual order number and they stated that wolnt help them. What’s the purpose of and order number if it doesn’t help!!!They never asked what was on the order or anything and just kept trying to brush her off. Very poor customer service and all customers REGARDLESS of race should be treated the same!!!!

I got the Full size Italian Sub with Potato Salad. EVERTHING was delicious. Sandwich was way bigger than I thought. Picture I included has two bites taken out it already… it’s huge.

This deli is absolutely delicious! The food comes out fast even during a lunch rush. The staff is absolutely delightful! Skylar was wonderful being patient as I had no clue what to order. The restaurant is clean and tidy and quiet to have conversations and or work during the lunch hour.

For the parking lot as crowded as it was, there wasn't that many full/occupied tables.. Party of 2, practically a line from the entrance to the register and (one person taking orders)

Ordered dinner for 5 online at 730 PM, after waiting 20 min and going to pick it up was told they were out of potatoes and potato soup, which was the order for 4 people. Since they only could fill 40% of the order I asked for a refund. I was then told that it would be 3-5 business days to refund my online order and they “couldn’t refund the order fees” I didn’t know that the order fees which, were more than 10% of the total order price. Go anywhere else this place is garbage they charge to use online ordering and then can’t fill orders. Expensive for below average food and trash service

Pickup experience was so awful that I won't bother ordering from this location again. Young lady was up front at counter on her phone when I walked in, which you can hear the door open, but walked off to the back to talk with coworkers instead assisting me. I had to wait for someone else to come from the back, a young man who walked to the counter and simply looked at me without saying a word (like what do you want??). I said I was here for my online order, and he just pushed it toward me in silence.... not the service level I'm used to on Augusta Rd, absolutely no courtesy or respect for me as a customer.
This place has really changed. No more chill/soup in bread bowls. Sandwiches are way smaller than when I visited a lot. Everything has gotten smaller, except, THE PRICES. Oh well, way more new restaurants to choose from

We ordered delivery from the Forest Drive location for a meeting. Everything about the food was delicious until I took a few bites and nearly bit into this fly.
Upon calling the Forest Drive location back, we were told that there was nothing further they could do on their end because the food was delivered through DoorDash.
I doubt I will be going back to this location anytime soon, but if someone else decides to, please check your food.

The salads are always good. However, for the price, a little more chicken can be added to the salad. Also, the ends of lettuce should not be used in salads.

I enjoy your salads and sandwiches. However, I think you guys can add a little more meat the salads for the price you charge. Also, I don't think the end part of the lettuce(non edible) should be apart of the salad. I was not happy to find it in my salad. I wish I could add a picture.
