The salads are always good. However, for the price, a little more chicken can be added to the salad. Also, the ends of lettuce should not be used in salads.

I enjoy your salads and sandwiches. However, I think you guys can add a little more meat the salads for the price you charge. Also, I don't think the end part of the lettuce(non edible) should be apart of the salad. I was not happy to find it in my salad. I wish I could add a picture.

I gave one star to write the review. Everyone please be on alert when ordering a salad. We found a centipede. We were also informed they know about the problem. However, corporate will not change the distributor for the salad.

Got my usual chicken Mexican salad and it was not edible. Avocado was black, lettuce old and entire salad soggy. Very small amount also but thankful as I trashed the entire meal. Staff talking about people and I've heard that before. Very unprofessional.

Used to be one of my favorite places, but lately, the food has been subpar on multiple occasions. Potatoes so overcooked there’s barely any actual potato inside, burnt skins, dry breads, raw broccoli, all within the past few orders in the last few months. Staff is usually friendly, but the food has been a disappointment. If I pay that much, I expect better, and have had better in the past.

Ordered pickup off Doordash and spent almost $60 to drive in the rain only to find two items missing from order although the cashier was so adamant the order was correct. I was sick and ordered soup which was missing and when i called the store the manager Nicholas was trying his hardest to come up with an excuse and gave me 2 different lies and i asked for a refund lets see if i get it. Definitely not planning on going back. Customer service is lacking everywhere these days and I have no trouble staying away from these places. Don't bother.

Not sure what's going on here but I spent almost 50 dollars on door dash (along with 1 coworker). Where is my pickle, where is the toppings on my sandwich (only requested no tomato)? Where is the spoon to eat my soup? Where are my crackers? I got a choose 2 with half sandwich half soup which I upgraded to a bowl. A large drink and a brookie. I should've read the dang reviews first. They are scamming people out of money (not door dashes fault my food wasn't made right or missing even). Some of us can't leave work to grab lunch and when you only get to treat yourself to lunch every so often this is damn depressing. My meal alone was almost 30 something dollars. This looks like a kids meal. The one strand of cheese and three pieces of bacon was enough to piss anyone off. I'm literally eating just plain potato soup. This sucks

This is the second time that my pickup order has been wrong. Then when you call to let them know, they place you on a long 15 minute hold, only to find out they will remake the sandwich, not the potato that you ordered which is now cold, and not to mention , hard , not cooked long enough.
It's mind boggling how at other locations, the service,and food is awesome, definitely not at this Forest Acres location

Horrible through door dash. Their immature gen z employees always forget everything. Recent over forgot all drinks. Salad dressings and parts of main course. How hard is their job. Is this funny for you guys when you do this ? Done for good!

Rounette I’m not sure if you think you are Wendy or Ronald McDonald with that orange wig but I could care less about you being a GM. You still need to know how to speak to people. You not go skimp me on my food and then think you go argue with me about it. Then I ask to speak with a manager then you go say that the other manager is not over you. I promise you I’m going further with this! You count on that like your fingers.

Ordered a Caesar wrap, and had no dressing on it, just lettuce, Parm and chicken. Also ordered a French dip, didn't receive the dip. Wondering how hard it is to miss literally the most important part of each sandwich.
