When I say I’m HOT as fish grease … paid for 6 Double Cheeseburgers, 3 Small Fries, and literally got 6 Cheeseburgers with double slices of cheese. What happened to the other 6 patties? 🥴 Can’t make this stuff up. I should’ve known better than to stop at McDonald’s …never again. Y’all don’t waste your time or money …ended up at Cookout, and that mine was well spent.

I don’t even know where to begin with this McDonald’s, but “rude” doesn’t come close. The workers acted like taking our order was some kind of personal insult. We walked in being nothing but kind and respectful, and they treated us like we were inconveniencing them just by existing.
Not only did they mess up the order—like, COMPLETELY butchered it—they also took forever. We waited so long I genuinely thought they were out back farming the potatoes from scratch. And when we politely asked for the missing items, they acted annoyed and snapped at us like we were the problem.
The attitude was insane. We didn’t raise our voices, didn’t complain, didn’t do a damn thing except try to get the food we paid for, and they were mean, dismissive, and honestly just unhinged.
If you’re looking for good service, accuracy, or even basic human decency, this location is not the place. Absolutely diabolical experience from start to finish.

Tried to order breakfast at 10:31. Was told breakfast stopped being served at 10:30. I realize this is a company policy, but who orders lunch at 10:31 on a Saturday?! Really should extend breakfast to 11 am on the weekends.

I went through the drive through to grab a quick drink and snack on my way home. Great atmosphere and customer service. They were quick with my order, and I was on my way within a few minutes! Food here is always fresh!

I ordered 2 things. One of them was a 10pc chicken nugget meal with fries and a drink. Unfortunately i didnt check while I was at the store but when I got home and opened the box, I had a little surprise. No clue how this mistake could have been made but I got syrup buns instead of chicken nuggets. I was annoyed but didnt mind calling back and getting it remade. When I called back, they answered and hung up immediately. Like they were rejecting my call. This happened 4 times so now I just want a refund. Hopefully the GM sees this. If the GM sees this please contact me. My order was under the name andersen and was number 819. Pretty disappointed.

Very convenient on my way to work. Easy access from Huger Street. Best Double Cheeseburger ever yesterday.. pre-tax $2.03 using the app. Efficient staff.
Quite literally the worst location ever. I ordered $23 worth of McDonald’s for me and my friends. It was a Saturday night at 12 am and it was pretty packed so I gave them grace. Nonetheless, I persisted to wait in line for an hour. When I pulled up to the speaker, I gave her the code for my MOBILE ORDER. She proceeds to tell me she doesn’t see my name or order number when the receipt is quite literally in my hand… Uh ok. She makes me pull up to the number 1 and 5 minutes later she comes out and hands me 6 nuggets, a basket of fries and 3 smushed cookies. Mind you, I had ordered 15 nuggets, 4 burgers, 4 small fries, and 4 small drinks. This level of customer service and unprofessionalism is beyond me. Please hire some competent people or at least those who can read coherently… Smh.

First time I have been to a McDonalds in years for something other than breakfast. And I will not be back to the one on Gervais St. Ordered 3 quarter pounders that were thrown into the bag, one was even on it's side in the bag. Two did not have pickles on them. One didnt have the onion on the hamburger, it was underneath the hamburger laying on the actual box. And to top it all off, 2 of the burgers were raw, not just a little pink, but raw. The best thing about it was the fries, but thats the way it usually goes with McDonalds.
