this was the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. Everyone in there waited on their food for 20+ minutes. They were out of something I ordered and they said they would refund me and never did.

As far as McDonalds go, it’s fine. Sometimes the line is super slow. I’ve seen it where the drive thru line is backed up into the parking lot, but one of the lanes is kept closed. And I have seen crazy people here. I know that isn’t McDonalds fault but nevertheless it factors into the atmosphere and experience at this particular franchise.

Maybe I just went to this one on the wrong day at the wrong time, but the service was horrible. All we ordered were 2 mocha frappes extra ice extra syrup and a strawberry cream pie. We were told to move up to the #1, where we waited for 10 mins before somebody came out. Recieve our drinks, which were straight liquid, hardly any ice at all, and they forgot the strawberry pie. So the guy finally brought that out, and if we wanted our drinks remade, we would have to wait again, which at that point I didn't even care to. What a waste, couldn't even be drank, it was just thick syrup. Don't recommend this location to anybody. People are paying for bad quality.

Awful drive thru experience every single time I come here. No fast food experience I've ever had even compares to how awful this store is.I went through the drive thru and after my order is finished, I hear laughing and then the mic cuts off. I sit there about 5 mins saying "hello?" and the boy comes on there and asks what I'd like to order. I order again and he says "oh its you" and tells me to come around. From that point onward he very rudely babies me as if I'm too incapable to do anything (even though I didn't even get verbal confirmation that he finished my order the first time!!). He broke down every step of pulling to the window, handing him his card, and this entire time I'm just holding my card wondering why he has to give me a tutorial when it's clear I already know how. He then takes the card, throws it back at me, and then tells me that I can't pick my order up at this window and yet again gives me a tutorial on where to go. I simply say "I know" in the most calm voice and he legit tells me to my face "don't give me attitude because I don't have time for your slow a$$." What????? It was so ridiculous that I snorted and pulled up, and while I got my order at the end of the day that was still an absolutely ridiculous experience. I don't know what this boy dealt with that day to make him act like that but he clearly isn't fit for any kind of customer service considering how he treated me, who was obviously confused on what to do since, yknow, I wasn't told anything like "is that all?" or "pull up" at the window, or even the total for my order!! Long story short, this staff is only tolerable when you order through a kiosk and you never interact with them in the first place.

Absolutely horrible service. Paid and ordered two meals and they only gave us one meal. Said their McFlurry machine was down and we all know that’s not true. The burger they gave us isn’t even the correct order and tastes horrible. Worst McDonald’s ever.

I was going to order a McCrispy through my mobile app and pick it up. The online menu made the McCrispy Chicken sandwich look thick and juicy and I was hungry so this was perfect. I normally get the McChicken on the dollar menu so I was expecting something better. I actually ended up driving to McDonalds and ordering my food at the drive-thru, which in itself was annoying. No one was at the intercom for 5 mins and the line was starting to build up quickly.Anyways, I’m was disappointed with my order. The McCrispy Chicken sandwich was a joke! I wish I just stuck was my regular McChicken sandwich, which is way more tender and just ask thick as the McCrispy. I want a refund! Unfortunately, I was back at work before I actually opened up my order bag.Don’t get me wrong, I love the French Fries here. I just would never order a McCrispy sandwich again. This is what I wanted and what I actually got.

Was in the restroom waiting to use it and crew member (small framed girl with long wig) walked in and cuts in front of me, stays in the stall for an extended period then came out and left marks on the seat and barley let the water run to wash her hands before leaving out. Long story short we had no appetite after that. ?

Came in Saturday morning and they were getting tons of orders and only had like 2/3 people on. The lady working the front area (Kelly) was MOVING. She was super nice and helping everyone out. Love seeing hard workers!!

I didn't get food just grabbed a drink and used the bathroom. I will say the parking situation is wild. Seems like a regular smegular McDonald's.
