Well we waited for 40 mins for food we paid for, and once we asked about our meals we were not on the board. And have to explain and show my recite that we paid ahead. Once we explained we paid they told us they ran out of food.

Everyone in this should be fired. Actually told me I couldn't order my chicken wrap with the ingredients that I asked for. Mind you I just came through earlier that day and got it the way that I wanted it. I was forced to go to the one on Park Lane and they made it for me no problem

Went there on Friday. Stood waiting for my order for 10 mins and while i was standing there i witnessed workers hiding in the bathroom, the kiosk was printing out blank receipts, they were all out of smoothies, and the screen that tells you when your order is ready was broken. Nuff said.

Nicely renovated facility, the food was hot when served. However, a long wait time due to staff shortage, we took 8n stride. The manager /staff was pleasant and efficient 😀

I showed up 2 times. And the dine in was closed at 10:30 and 11:20 am!!! Why there ir always closed when it supposed to be open

I ordered a spicy deluxe and they gave me a Mac crispy and then I gave it back and then they gave me the spicy deluxe but with buffalo sauce instead of the actual sauce

The last time I came here I ordered a double fish sandwich so I checked it this time before driving off & once again they made it a single. So when they brought it back to me they added the extra fish but did not add anymore cheese. If you order a single they include a half a piece of cheese but if you order a double they are supposed to add a whole piece of cheese. These managers don't even train his employee right. Heck the kid didn't even say sorry. Just handed it back like it was normal. Then I get home and the sandwich was old like it had been sitting out for hours. I mean it was like leather & wasn't even warm. I threw it away. Avoiding this location like the pledge. Repeated issues throughout the years. First time leaving a review, that is how bad this place is getting. Long time in the drive-through nearly every visit. I'm giving up on it.

Long wait. Wrong orders and no dispensers for getting your own drinks. They did refill my drinks with no xtra charge

If it were possible I would put zero stars. As a small business owner, I have stopped by there with my guys multiple times,have had to leave due to poor service. It’s gotten so bad the screens do not work and they don’t do anything to let their customers know when a drive thru lane is down.when lanes do operate your wait is between 20-25 mins… not bashing but place needs improvement
