If it were possible I would put zero stars. As a small business owner, I have stopped by there with my guys multiple times,have had to leave due to poor service. It’s gotten so bad the screens do not work and they don’t do anything to let their customers know when a drive thru lane is down.when lanes do operate your wait is between 20-25 mins… not bashing but place needs improvement

Worst location I have ever been to in my life. After making me pull up and wait 10 minutes. All of my other food was cold hash browns soft and extra greasy to the touch. I went in the restaurant to ask for plasticware and condiments that I asked the Drive thru person for before I pulled up for the 10 minutes I had to wait. The entire staff was rude and unapologetic. I'll never return to this location or recommend anyone. Poor experience all around, deserves -5 on the star rating.

My quarter pounder was raw. I’m including a picture because I didn’t think this was possible and I personally wouldn’t believe me. It was lightly browned on the outside and completely uncooked on the inside. To make matters worse, none of the ingredients were what I requested, so I only discovered that it wasn’t cooked after carefully scraping everything off, adding my own mayo and lettuce and heating it up because it was cold.
