Let’s start with the 20 to 30 minute wait in the drive thru. When I finally get to the window to pick up my $15.00 food they hand me cold food that was thrown in the bag. Had my child’s fries all balled up with a bunch of grease stains on the bag! I literally turn my car around to get my food cooked fresh and the little boy in the back had the nerve to ask why!!!
