The staff is super-duper ratchet and lacking in good customer service skills / etiquette. It's hard to be a nice customer, when I'm being met with such nasty attitudes every time I visit, for no reason. Please provide more customer service training for your employees. Or one day, they may just meet their match.
Vegetarian options: Have salad and fruit and obviously french fries along with dessert options that are vegan, kosher ane Hindi friendly no impossible soy meat options as of now (January 2025) but I'm sure you are getting a majority of soy burger with the QP and BM so that's probably why they haven't followed suit yet
Dietary restrictions: Pretty diary universal and compatible with the little bit of knowledge I have on religious and strict specialty diets
Parking: More than enough, drive thru on the other hand, long lunch wait, only as a result of volume not the speed of the worker's in this scenario
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes as are all McDonald's that I know of is imagine it is a corporate policy

Flat out disgusting bathroom. See the pictures. Tables were littered with tables as well. Corporate McDonalds needs to audit or look at this place ASAP! Also they had no ketchup packets at all yet there was ketchup in a cheeseburger we got? Is it really that hard to just put ketchup in a small container to give it to me? That’s basic customer service. Avoid this place! I would give it a 0 star if I could.

So I ordered a Big Mac meal large to be brought out to curbside it took me about 10 minutes to drive here and then I've been sitting in the parking lot for another 10 minutes thinking they were making my order fresh everything cold how do you get cold food and because his curbside the order is made till I get here

If I couldn’t give them 0 stars I would . I ordered a deluxe Mc crispy chicken sandwich from the Parklane McDonalds. The first time I received the order my chicken sandwich. Oh well the meat part was from the biscuit. I went to return it to get the deluxe sandwich. They remade it for me. I go to eat this chicken sandwich and my chicken sandwich is not cooked through. at this point Im just gonna take pictures of it and throw it away cause I have been up there twice. I dont feel like going back up there .
