One star is WAY TOO MUCH. ‼️‼️‼️ Zero stars is more fitting. They have the most UNPROFESSIONAL young girls at the counter. That should NOT be a customer’s first point of contact. 🚫❌ There’s a short chucky white girl that has the most laziest attitude, she doesn’t want to do NOTHING! 🙄😑 The other lightskin skinny girl with braids is just aggressive for no reason. 😵💫
😳 THEY HAVE INAPPROPRIATE CONVOS ABOUT BEING PREGNANT AND TAKING PREGNANCY TESTS AT THE COUNTER THAT CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO HEAR. 🤯😳 Mind you, they’re like high school age at that.

I placed a mobile order at the McDonald’s off Parklane and was very disappointed with the experience. I was overcharged, and when I arrived, my order wasn’t even on the screen. I had another engagement and couldn’t afford to wait any longer or turn around. To make matters worse, I tried calling the store multiple times—no one answered, and the voicemail is completely full. There’s no way to resolve the issue unless I physically go back, which is extremely inconvenient. This was a frustrating and disappointing way to start my morning. Not the level of service I expected at all.

I don't usually leave a reviews. When I got home I stop to leave a review. I brought back fries that was over salty. They supposedly changed them and gave me the same salty fries with a smile. That's crazy that a person could do that with a smile.

It doesn't make any sense, I just waited so long for my food. Its always the employees rushing you to order, only to be in line, pull forward to wait, and have your order messed up. Then you call to inform them and they never answer the phone. A catastrophe, a bunch of employees on their cell phones and just playing over people food . Do better 🤦🏾♂️
