Expect nothing to work kiosks, screens, etc. There is no access to condiments and good luck flagging someone down to help. Also, if eating inside expect to wait 15-20 minutes to get your fast food order. Do yourself a favor and keep driving to the next McDonald’s.

It's McD's, however one lady that works there is exceptional. the reason I go back. I will get her name because she deserves recognition
My food was hot and fresh. The employees were nice and polite. They greeted me with a smile. The restaurant including the restrooms were clean and had a fresh smell. The negative was that the kiosk didn't work. I tried two kiosk. The first allows me to order but I couldn't pay. The second kiosk only allowed me to Tap.

I live in Irmo. Whenever I go to the McDonalds on St Andrews Rd, which is 1/2 a mile from my home (especially on Sunday) I get horrible and slow service, and my food is typically wrong, missing, cold, no napkins, missing sauces… it just sucks. I asked one time if I could get one of the meals bagged separately, and I was given an attitude about it and could hear the workers inside complaining about my request. I drove an extra 2 miles today to go to this Harbison McDonalds, and they were AMAZING! Friendly and helpful. I had a $70 order, and I did not have to repeat one single item when ordering, and EVERYTHING was correct and packaged well, hot and tasty. I will go out of my way to order from this McDonalds from now on. THANK YOU to all the staff that worked today. I hope a manager reads my review and praises the workers. People knock McDonalds service a lot, but I feel like people never praise them when they do a good job. Working at McDonalds has to be tough. Busy, loud, and customers yelling at them all the time. Thank you to all of you for working with a smile today on a Sunday!!!

What a pleasure!!! When I walked in I was greated with a big smile and a big WELCOME to McDonald's!!!! just like the old school commercials !!! By a lady named kayla on top of great service she checked everyone food to make sure it was correct and had all the items she great communication with the fellas in the back and was also multitasking I was simply amazed by her overall service throughout our breakfast stop!!!! This made my.visit amazing !!!thank you Kayla and McDonald's harbison !!
