Ordered coffee from drive thu , didn't have amount of creamer went inside took over 8min to get more only 2 other customers waiting on soda, one need sugar. Only gave me 2 creamer I ask for more only gave me 2 more,
The front customer service has a hard time understanding things We had to repeat the order about 5 to 6 times and it was still wrong. Once the food came out it was good. It might be good to retrain the customer service side of things
Didn't plan on being ask for money in the parking lot, that effected what I could order. Then I seen the woman inside having a nice conversation with another person she went from her mother just past away to laughing with the person she was clearly with. I've lost people and I could relate. I asked the manager if this was allowed and he had her removed. I was rewarded by the woman I had thrown out because my car had something raked down the passenger side I did not see...
