They lied to my face about a coupon working and I only noticed after paying. Of course they dont do refunds in store and its not worth getting lied to more. Dissapointed. Make sure you use the app or something that actually adds it all up because theyll say one thing and charge another. Smh

Its amazing the difference here, I know the morning manager was moved here from the hardscrabble store and it show, everyone is nice now the order was correct !

Generally slow, long lines…. And really odd substitutions at random. For example, last time I went I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese deluxe, received….. with a chicken patty instead of beef. Another time, ordered a mocha frappe- apparently they were out of the mocha, so they gave me Carmel instead with fudge sauce on top…. Definitely an odd combo. I’m not sure if I was more weirded out by the flavor combo or the fact they just swapped it first and told me about it after the fact instead of asking if there was another flavor I wanted or if I wanted a different drink altogether.

Our food was served cold. My daughter went to the counter because her big Mac did not have the extra sauce she requested. She was at the counter for 10 minutes and they handed her a box of sauce. Her food was now ice cold. Had to take the big Mac back up front and explain three different times what was wrong. The lobby was extremely dirty.

This place is an absolute joke, the workers aren’t much better. Hassling folks about extra forks & syrups. They worried about talking to their friends more than the job.
My husband ordered me a large iced decaf coffee and they gave me a caffeine coffee. I'm allergic to caffeine and I immediately started having an allergic reaction. I called I swear 15 times and no one answered the phone.
I went back a week later and they tried to tell me they can't make a decaf iced coffee bc it comes pre-made. Well I know that's a lie bc THEIR site says they make DECAF iced coffee.
I asked do you have decaf coffee? She says YES. I said can you just use the decaf coffee instead of the regular?! She says, I would have to pour the decaf over the ice. I'm trying to figure out what was so hard about this.
I work downtown and have NEVER had an issue with this order but Killian and Hardscrabble act like it's rocket science to switch from defac to regular coffee.
