Management management management. Can’t call when they mess your order up. Drive through time is at least 10 mins before ordering. Seriously when someone pays over $30 for food, the paying customer should get what they pay for. Attitudes at the window as if we are bothering them for coming to order during business hours. Of course you wait about 10 more mins just for the order to be wrong. You taking orders pretty much one at a time. I won’t be spending another dollar at this location.

This store is supposed to be open 24 hrs, but I went there at 4:30 and no one took my order. I waited in the line for 15 minutes waiting to see if someone would answer, but no one did. I wouldn’t recommend going to this McDonalds before 6am and after 12am

It took me 11 minutes to get through the drive-thru for a soda and was told i should have gone to Circle K next door,I would have gotten it quicker

I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. It came in a box that said double quarter pounder with cheese. There was not a slice to be found between the two patties.

I wanna give a big shout out to the overnight crew. They were amazing. I’m very thankful. I stopped to grab a drink, grab some food, but I figured I’d have a nap first it was three in the morning, In my third state, I didn’t turn off my vehicle properly and left the auxiliary on over the next two hours of Having a nap to dream my battery to the point where I couldn’t start the vehicle. One gentleman working here was gracious enough to allow me to use his booster back to my vehicle A big thank you to the two staff Members of this McDonald’s

Ordered Sausage Egg McMuffin on the app, arrived, after 19 minutes received my order, was late for church so I didn't check it. When I reached inside the bag to eat it and discovered they gave me a Sausage McGriddle. McDonald's, and many other fast food restaurants, should address the problems associated with not having the workforce to cover the volume of orders. They cannot handle the volume with how few are working. I think if you don't have enough employees they should turn off the app ordering, to make it more manageable. And teach the team to pay attention to the customers inside, at the counter. There is a consistent disconnect in that regard.

The customer service was phenomenal! Very friendly staff…. However, tonight, my quarter pounder beef patty was not cooked thoroughly! It was brown on the outside…. And pink on the inside! Please make sure to check your food…. This is the first time I’ve ever had this problem BTW…. So I’d still give them a 3.5 because of the customer service
Don't go here in early morning aka before 5am. They say they're open 24 hours but nobody will come to the speaker to take your order.

Unless they get new management and an entire new crew I wouldn't come here. It would be faster to hatch a chicken, let it mature, then turn it into chicken nuggets......... We ended up leaving without our food. It wasn't worth it.

It was late I get that. However the quarter pounder was cold the cheese wasn't even melted and the fries were dried out and cold. Service was poor. Workers seriously didn't want to be at work.

McDonald's will forever be my on-the-go place to eat. I am in my late '60s and this is the fourth state that I've lived in and McDonald never fails. Always good food, always good service. The prices are a bit much due to inflation but then I remember when a burger was 59 cents🤷🏽🤦🏽. As long as they keep making those yummy fish sandwiches and those banging french fries I will keep going back. Keep up the good work ☺️❤️
