Drive thru horrible. Waited 6 min at menu then another 4 to pay got to window. No one there! Had to pay at good window, they didn’t know first window, no one there. Obviously no manager on duty.

If you have a mobile order for breakfast and get stuck waiting in line until 10:31 am, they will not fulfill breakfast because they’re “now serving lunch.” Even if the order was put in 15 mins before 10:30 am. You then have to wait 24-48 hours for a refund.

So much for getting an order right and came back twice. The morning assistant manager loved to take charge and tried to charge my debit card twice for one item while still messing up the order. Hopefully this rating will help people go to the nice other location until they fix themselves
Lazy manager morning shift likes to hustle people out of a dollar. Never in my life again. Remember keep your receipts.

I don't understand this place's low rating, I had a great experience both times dining here. Food was always hot, and the service was always respectful. Only complaint I could have is it took slightly longer to receive my food (5-10 mins.) which isn't even bad for a fast food restaurant.
