Came to mcdonald’s this morning to get breakfast. Not even thinking to look in my drink before i got to work when i got inside &&’ notice i drunk half of it with gnats in it. I almost honestly throw up, also called several times before leaving this review but the line is “too busy” or more like off the hook 🙄. i will be coming in the morning for a FREE MEAL NO DRINK

I get breakfast here a couple of times a month. I usually order using my mobile app and am greeted with a positive attitude from the employees. My food is always ready when I arrive and my order is always correct.

Drive thru horrible. Waited 6 min at menu then another 4 to pay got to window. No one there! Had to pay at good window, they didn’t know first window, no one there. Obviously no manager on duty.

If you have a mobile order for breakfast and get stuck waiting in line until 10:31 am, they will not fulfill breakfast because they’re “now serving lunch.” Even if the order was put in 15 mins before 10:30 am. You then have to wait 24-48 hours for a refund.

So much for getting an order right and came back twice. The morning assistant manager loved to take charge and tried to charge my debit card twice for one item while still messing up the order. Hopefully this rating will help people go to the nice other location until they fix themselves
