Normally, a good place with good service. But today, I am very disappointed. My bagel was burned. It would have been easy to toast another bagel that would have been graciously accepted. Did not see this burnt bagel until I arrived home. Check your order before you leave.

The Manager "Ms. Tonia", was talking about a fellow employee who apparently was not there in a very unprofessional way. She was talking to another employee l. She was yelling and screaming and complaining about a fellow employee all the time that we were TRYING to enjoy a quiet breakfast!! We WILL NOT be returning to that location ever!!

It wasn't a long wait like back in Virginia, and the food was good. Seemed like the workers were over worked of course, they need to be paid more.Also couldn't get the mocha frappe, just like every McDonald's

The locaton on Hardscrabble Rd in Columbia S. has managed to mess up my order on the last 5 visits. Once they gave me the completely wrong order, 3 other occasions items were missing from my order, and my favorite, I was asked to pull forward. So, with this request, I am under the mistaken impression that my food will at least be hot and fresh. Well, that's what I get for assuming. The fries and the quarter pounder were both cold. This McDonald's probably does great business because of the location, but I am certain it is not for their customer service. I no longer visit this location, and I don't forsee changing that decision in the near future. I give this location 2 thumbs down.
Friendly employees, but the management or ownership no longer stocks the sanitizer and sanitization wipe station. A nice employee cleaned our table.
