The customer service in the drive thru is absolutely abysmal. I went through it today around three. The pay window was friendly. The young lady at the pick up window says nothing. No hello, no you're welcome, when I said thank you. Matter of fact she didn't even say here's your bag. If this is the face of your business I can assure you it's the reason your rating is so low.

They really need to get it together. Went through the drive thru.. they took my order then asked me to pull forward I waited over 10 minutes for them to bring my order. I finally got out of my car and went inside. They hadn't even started it.

I’ve visited countless McDonald’s locations across the U.S. and abroad, and while I’ve never written a review for one before, I felt compelled to recognize Ms. Jalissa for her exceptional customer service during a recent drive-thru visit. Her patience, pleasant attitude, and professionalism stood out immediately, especially in a setting where service often varies with volume. She made the ordering experience notably smooth and courteous, prompting me to ask her name so I could acknowledge her publicly. Credit is due where it’s earned—thank you, Ms. Jalissa, for a job well done.

Tried a couple times but the inconsistency is enough to agree what others have said- this was the worst “fast food” trip I’ve been on. Ordered on the app from the parking lot. Walk inside. Waited 35 minutes to get our food. Craziness!
I ordered the new meal that comes with a milkshake for $15 they told me the milkshake machine was broken and still tried charging me for the $15 meal when a 10pc meal is only $10... so I change the order to a 10pc meal with a Large vanilla coffee get to the window and the dude hands me a vanilla shake.... really guys get it together.. ended up leaving with a Medium Iced coffee...
Ordered a number 7 and checked my bag when I got home I only had 1 burger in the bag and cold fries. About to make my way up there right now because IF YALL THINK IM HERE FINNA PLAY AROUND WITH YALL GAH DAMN IT IM NOT

3 weeks in a row, Saturday, using the app, they bring it to the car missing items.
First 2 weeks I didn't get my hasbrowns and this week I order 2 sides of bacon, missing when he brought it to the car.
They need to seriously work on double-checking people's orders. The first week I got home before I realized my hash browns were missing for me and my wife.
