The food was hot and the order was completed without any mistakes it's fast food can't ask for much Moore and the fries were seasoned well not over salty

We ordered on the app and at the time, only breakfast was available. We ordered a McGriddle for my son and when we got to the window, before 11am, we were told our order had been canceled and we had to order lunch. My son loves the McGriddle and was looking forward to eating one. If you serve breakfast until 11am, then serve until then.

This McDonald's would always get my order right 9 times out of 10 for two years. Now for the last 3 months they have consistently went down with hot fresh food. Come on McDonald's do better. When someone says cook to order learn the order taker to ring it up that way! It was no wait but I would have rather for them to pull me up to get it right.

I went through the drive thru around 2:30am on Dec 30th. Service was fast and the gentleman at the window was friendly and patient with my order. Ordered a lot because my family missed dinner do to us being at CVet all evening.

Had to get a manager involved and still nothing! 30 minutes for food I did a app order for. Canceled it for a refund cause this is BS. Ain’t that hard to throw a sausage on a biscuit…higher pay for what?

I only get the mcrib one month or month and a half out the year !!! First when I went to this McDonald's it was only 2 people inside eating and maybe 3 people at drive thru I was ignored for 5 minutes. Then I got my food fries were hot thank God but my mcrib was.......just the patty and line of bbq sauce on it and one pickle!!!!! Come on do better. I knew i should of got it from my side of town !!

Walked in store was back up real bad aas staff cussed at customers and was rude
Nobody working the counter (At All)
Staff not in uniform
multiple people parked in disabled parking without handicap endorsements wet floor signs in dining area strung about dining area floor Not wet just Greasy and dirty
Tables in dining area nasty with spills and stains
Waited 15 mins my breakf was brought out by the girl cussing and threw my tray on the table food was cold

The customer service in the drive thru is absolutely abysmal. I went through it today around three. The pay window was friendly. The young lady at the pick up window says nothing. No hello, no you're welcome, when I said thank you. Matter of fact she didn't even say here's your bag. If this is the face of your business I can assure you it's the reason your rating is so low.

They really need to get it together. Went through the drive thru.. they took my order then asked me to pull forward I waited over 10 minutes for them to bring my order. I finally got out of my car and went inside. They hadn't even started it.

Her patience, pleasant attitude, and professionalism stood out immediately, especially in a setting where service often varies with volume. She made the ordering experience notably smooth and courteous, prompting me to ask her name so I could acknowledge her publicly. Credit is due where it’s earned—thank you, Ms. Jalissa, for a job well done.

Tried a couple times but the inconsistency is enough to agree what others have said- this was the worst “fast food” trip I’ve been on. Ordered on the app from the parking lot. Walk inside. Waited 35 minutes to get our food. Craziness!

I ordered the new meal that comes with a milkshake for $15 they told me the milkshake machine was broken and still tried charging me for the $15 meal when a 10pc meal is only $10... so I change the order to a 10pc meal with a Large vanilla coffee get to the window and the dude hands me a vanilla shake.... really guys get it together.. ended up leaving with a Medium Iced coffee...
