Signs on door says opens at 5:00, time is 5:55 doors are locked. Asked at drive through about not opening the door to come in they responded with not right now. While sitting to order at drive through they have pan handlers trying to get money while we are ordering.. All associates we came in contact were unpleasant.

just bought a quarter pounder, double cheese burger, and a caramel macchiato and so far, the caramel macchiato is the best part of this meal. the double cheese burger was expected, but the quarter pounder is soooo dry, one splat of ketchup, 3 pieces of onion, and cheese hanging halfway off the burger. the patty is burnt and thin, and i know the quarter comes from the weight before cooking but i swear this couldn't have been even 2 ounces before cooking. also they need to fix their speaker lol

You should never get cold, mushy fries at the slow drive through window, especially when A) it is the only food you order, and B) you specifically order “fresh, hot French fries.”
Complete failure.
Location seems more interested in obnoxiously pushing the mobile app than providing good food.

Lied about being closed and left my girlfriend to wait at the window for 10 minutes before telling her to leave after she already paid for her order. Will scam you out of your money.

Lunch starts at 11am this was at 11:15am I ordered my baby a 10 piece . I checked his food and the nuggets were all stuck together and NOT finished
I walked in and offered pleasantries to the young lady who returned the same to me; she took my order and needed a “manager’s finger”… this young man rudely states to the young lady, “wait a minute” as he continues to bag up another 3 drive thru orders & I/she politely waited. At this time the young man now pauses for a second to wait for the next completed item to finish off a 4th driver thru order; the young cashier states, “excuse me (manager’s name) I still need your finger… His response, “AND I SAID WAIT A MINUTE” and continues to look at the receipt for the upcoming order. My response, cancel my order no thank you. Customer service is key & if that’s management material for this establishment then it absolutely shines a negative light overall and as a Corporate Training Manager myself training is definitely needed. Give me a call and I’ll corporate train for you. #ComeOnMcDonalds

The food was half way decent. My husband soda was warm though even with it being filled with ice. And the he couldn't use he mend restroom without being let into it but they didn't let him in. Plus the women's restroom wasn't cleaned at all.
