The workers are friendly and patient even when it really busy. Nice to see ppl working together to bring good service and it clean. Management on point . Awesome job! Hot fries always!

I stopped because I was having heart burn I had my own cup from another McDonald's location just wanted some water the lady in the lobby wearing a great shirt stopped me with a rude tone told me I could not use my cup that was a McDonald's cup I had to get one of there small cups. Her demeanor was not friendly or welcoming.I chose to throw the cup away and just go by a bottle of water from a store.Then, rather deal with attitude.And I was about to spend money. This mcdonald's is always getting complaints.When is upper management?Gonna do something about it
If you want good service eat here day time because shift not what it is bad service cold food and no milkshakes
Had to wait 30 minutes in drive thru because they locked the doors early for the dining room and then when I got the order the manager cussed at me and then proceeded to run his mouth. For his safety I left to finish my delivery. Very unprofessional

Went to this location today,.Nov 3 2025 around 6pm. Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to wait for my frappe. Waited awhile so I gone side to see what's taking so long, the manager keshawn was very on point with his staff, and made sure I was satisfied. And explained why the wait was longer than expected and that I should have been informed that they were working on switching out the mocha. Kiddos to him, this store has ran it's course of managers and he's one that would make me want to come back.
I ordered the two cheeseburger meal with no pickles and extra onions; they didn’t put any onions. I had them to make it again and they still didn’t add the onions; the manager oversaw the making of the remake… SMDH Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I’d imagine that ownership could care less as the service at this location only continues to get worse. Maybe they should care more about customer service than hoarding condiments!!!!!

Showed up at McDonald’s at 11:35 in the drive-through to order two big Mac meals. The lady didn’t come to the left side of the drive-through. She kept going to the right side the outer drive-through lane order four people ordered over there as I was sitting at the speaker waiting and saying hello then she proceeded to tell me they’re only serving fried products at this time and she just served a big Mac to the other customer because she was bringing it up on my side so when we close at 1 AM when did we stop serving big Mac at 11:40 PM I’m confused so again this is my second one tonight Columbia, South Carolina you McDonald’s people suck.

It's only when that one woman works the drive thru in the morning, she gets everything right every single time and she's got the best attitude in the world... I'm not sure her name but you know who I'm talking about if you've been there in the morning!!!!!! God bless people who love their job!!!!!!!

Why is the air not working in McDonald’s on Beltline… This is crazy am about to melt wait on my food .SMH I know it must be unbearable in the back.. Now am wounding I really want this food when everyone is dripping sweat

Basically, you can't get anyone to take your order unless it's at the drive thru. Even though it would take half a minute at the register and at least ten times that long at the kiosk. And if you pay cash you have to go to the register even if you order at the kiosk. If you do have to pay at the register, be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes before anyone bothers to look over to see if anyone is waiting. Customer service no longer exists at McDonalds.
If I could give this location negative stars I would . I ordered online for this McDonald's & selected to pick my order up VIA drive through . While at the speaker they took the orders of 4 cars in the right lane before even acknowledging I was there . Me as well as the driver behind me where HIGHLY vocally frustrated . This is a constant issue at this franchise . The customer service & the attitude of the workers are horrible , more specifically the manager & worker Shy & Kenya . There are many other locations that value their customers, PLEASE STAY AWAY from two notch McDonald's !

Do not go by first come first serve. Very unprofessional and made other customers wait to have their order taken even though they arrived after the first customer.
