It's only when that one woman works the drive thru in the morning, she gets everything right every single time and she's got the best attitude in the world... I'm not sure her name but you know who I'm talking about if you've been there in the morning!!!!!! God bless people who love their job!!!!!!!

Why is the air not working in McDonald’s on Beltline… This is crazy am about to melt wait on my food .SMH I know it must be unbearable in the back.. Now am wounding I really want this food when everyone is dripping sweat

Basically, you can't get anyone to take your order unless it's at the drive thru. Even though it would take half a minute at the register and at least ten times that long at the kiosk. And if you pay cash you have to go to the register even if you order at the kiosk. If you do have to pay at the register, be prepared to wait 10 to 15 minutes before anyone bothers to look over to see if anyone is waiting. Customer service no longer exists at McDonalds.

If I could give this location negative stars I would . I ordered online for this McDonald's & selected to pick my order up VIA drive through . While at the speaker they took the orders of 4 cars in the right lane before even acknowledging I was there . Me as well as the driver behind me where HIGHLY vocally frustrated . This is a constant issue at this franchise . The customer service & the attitude of the workers are horrible , more specifically the manager & worker Shy & Kenya . There are many other locations that value their customers, PLEASE STAY AWAY from two notch McDonald's !

The whole night shift around 10pm on June 24,2025 was very unprofessional. The fries were cold and hard, the sandwich didn't have the extras I asked for and when I asked what time they closed, a young lady with blue braids turned to ask another lady who didn't happen to show her face. Very disgusted! I have ate from this McDonald's for many years and this was the poorest service I have received

Went through the drive through… simple order. Asked for 2 sweet and sour sauces… charged me but didn’t put it in the bag. Hate that you have to check on such a simple thing.

I enjoyed a fish sandwich and a coke with extra ice. I often request extra sauce to ensure I get a fresh sandwich. I didn't have much interaction with employees. I went inside. This store has a closed off floor plan to enable order placement via kiosk.
