This location is HORRIBLE, i’ve had multiple accounts where i was very disappointed and unsatisfied with my order but today really ate at me. Me and my sister walked in the literal rain so happy to come and order off the breakfast menu. we got inside the store at 10:13 and we waited in line till 10:30 which is when we left. we didn’t even get to order what we wanted and the customer service was terrible. The guy in front of me was being disrespected all because he asked something about being on the menu and also one time i had two caramel frappes on my order and they only gave me one which didn’t even have any whipped cream on it which i then asked one of the team members if she could fix it for me and she rolled her eyes at me and got angry . Like i did not make this mistake. and i get working here may be a hassle for some bc i used to work in fast food but no matter how bad of a day ur having you should ALWAYS treat your customers with respect. Whoever is the manger of this store location needs to have a serious talk with the employees working here. They don’t know how to do their job properly. You guys literally just waste peoples time and i plan to NEVER eat from here again.

I was about to give 3 stars and a bad review due to the drive thru experience. I had a whole mini novel typed up that I chose to discard and rewrite another one all thanks to the sweet lady that came out and made me and my husband laugh. And offered to grab us some sauce since it wasn't placed on the bag. That one lady and her smile changed the review I was going to give. She needs a promotion, she need some extra money, she need an extended paid break! Give TT some extra money! (Not any family member of mines)

Well first off it’s McDonald’s so you know when you want it. Know to start it off, the lady at the window asked me what I ordered when I told her and was asking her for my condiment, she slammed the window on me and ignored me when I was steadily talking to her to ask for two things. And for you people that are like they’re just doing their job I ordered a McFlurry with extra Oreo hot fudge and a large fry off the ass my 11 year-old to make me that just saying .I had a McDonald’s slammed on me. So I rolled up my window braided till someone came back swung her open started screaming, sir sir so I rolled mine down to her. She slammed her on me after she heard what I needed along with my meal. She said I know what you ordered for me to pull up so I pull up Now. I’m waiting here for 20 minutes, but no one knows what I ordered. Thanks.

Roach in food never eating there again once I return my order to tell them there was a roach they told me they can no longer accept my order or my payments and for me to leave and I didn’t understand why when there was a roach inside of my food .
McDonald's is McDonald's. I don't go there expecting steak. What I didn't like was that it was a mostly automated store, being run by maybe a staff of five. And of those five, three were senior citizens. It made for a very slow process between the machines breaking down and not enough staff.
