Yes I ordered from this store through doordash really for my kids and the convenience of not having to leave the Ronald McDonald house to go out since I already have a lot going on only to find that the sandwich was raw and undercooked I called the store number and was rudely talked to by a guy claiming to be a manager who wouldn’t give his name and hung up so I called back repeatedly until I got someone on the phone who claimed to be a manager as well who’s name was Angie she then asked if I wanted to come up there well obviously not if I had ordered through doordash in the first place this place is trash & the customer service as well

This place is ghetto ash legit unprofessional and rude, like if you hate your job that much why you working there like most of the time I go there then workers tryna start something with costumers no professional at all or basic manners if costumer say thank you say something or atleast fake smile. like you”ll just go thru drive through and you will find out especially afternoon n nighttime, and they messed up order and don’t give refunds or atleast fix it!

Be prepared for long wait times and rude customer service. Personally, I would just take the extra drive and go to another location rather than wait a long time at the drive-thru only to be spoken to a member who hates their job and wants to take it out on you.

If i could give this 0 stars i would.. employees are RUDE af and have absolutely no customer service at all.. cashier was wonder asked for all my food to be fresh she did however put WELL DONE for everything. Got my food and everything looked basically redrop. This generation only care about one thing and thats a check. If you dont wanna work in fast food find another job. You choose to work a McDonald’s not the other way around. I blame management to cant just hire anyone just cause you put up a sign that says hiring. FYI faded receipt. Printer needs ink
