A fast food staple for me. A Big Mac, or a Fish sandwich, and fries, and I'm happy. Wish they'd go retro with the original beef tallow fries but that seems stuck in petition land. Still good consistent food regardless of what food snobs may say.

If I could give this McDonald's zero stars to do my review I would, so I went here on
12-4-2025 and I ordered the grinch meal. Upon receiving my drink it was a black speck floating at the top, I complained to the cashier and she took it and fixed me another one, I was hungry and thirsty just got off work and wanted something quick so I accepted the new drink. I got my food and I parked to eat, I bit into the 2nd nugget and it was kind of mushy and again hungry tired me thought it was just from being in the grease and I ate it and drunk the sprite. Later on that evening I started feeling very sick, by the next morning I used the bathroom and vomited on my way to work, im a hard working mom so i dropped the kids off and proceeded to work when I tell you it was a wave of upset stomach all day, I couldnt keep anything down not even ginger ale and now im in the bed, trying to get this mess out of my system, I will NEVER eat from McDonald's again, yall need to clean those dispenser spouts, and stop serving undercooked food before yall kill somebody.

Rude I went in there and left after how I heard the girls at the front spoke to these 2 young women in front of me. being completely ignorant about the girls being Hispanic, there was no reason for that at all. The manager should know how many chicken nuggets she got to make it’s her job to look at the order and fill it. The worker sounded like she was from up north ny or something. Just terrible get better workers. That’s how you represent McDonald’s? You should be ashamed

I ordered a curbside pick up. Not only I was there for 30 min waiting, when I called to see if there was something going on, the person on the phone was super rude and hung up on me. I had to go inside and get the Grinch combo I ordered, just for it to be a regular combo. No pickle salt, no socks, nothing. Over 40 min to get something that I ordered ahead.

Sharita! Is doing such an amazing job, went there to get some food a moment ago, full chaos on how busy it is, but Sharita’s very positive and ongoing personality made my experience much better, it has been a long day, and her attitude today just made my evening better.

Pls actually give SAUCE WHEN ITS ORDERED!!!!!!!!! Good grief. This is like the 4th time in a row. 40 nuggets and not a single sauce that was asked for. It's not that hard.

Last Wednesday my wife and I went to this restaurant. We have been eating there for years. Lately the service has been awful. We waited for about ten minutes and no one even acknowledged our presence. I am sorry but I became angry and let them know it. A fellow told us they were short handed. They were putting all their effort in the drive through window. I told him him that is not my problem and the least the employees could do was recognize our presence. We left. That store has a management problem. I was a manager on various levels my entire working career. I made SURE we always had enough employees on hand. I made sure my employees were well paid, well trained, and appreciated. I spent many a meeting with my superiors making sure they understood that I wanted the best conditions for my employees. That’s management.
We went to the store on Garners Ferry and got good service.
