Usually this is a nice McDonald’s, but just tonight I ordered online and it charged us for the order. Coming to the speaker we waited for quite a few minutes, before deciding to move up to the window. Upon arriving at the window, they told us they were closed. (They close at 1, this was at 12). But that’s fine, except we were charged and asked for a refund(reasonable I think) however they just said they were closed and ignored us the entire time. I would at the very least like a refund.

I don't think they serve hot food. Or, try to. I had a simple order. One medium French fries. Yes, they handed it to me with a smile. But, my fries were old and cold.

The food was delicious it was the costumer service for me. 1st it took 5 min for them to notice me standing at the counter. Then while the nice old lady was taking my order all I could hear was the young light skin manager with tattoos on her face yell and cus making me nervous. It was a very unpleasant experience I didn't even want to eat my food there it was too ghetto for me to stand.

5 stars for consistency. I haven’t had fresh McDonald’s in 5 years being this is the closest to my house. Like dipping wood chips in bbq sauce.

I don't always make a post but all fast food places need some real help with the quality of customer service these days. My order was wrong three different ways and I blame myself for not double checking my order again and still got the wrong meal. I then had to drive all the way back to get the right food just to get inside and the place was packed with frustration due to the very very very slow service. The manager could have at least stopped what she was doing to work the register. Owners need to get inside their own restaurants and start working with these under staffed places. It's ridiculous nowadays at most places. Not just McDonald's.
