i love mcdonald’s. i hate THIS mcdonald’s. for context, i am also a fast food worker. mcdonald’s food is great for a late night snack and this is the only one open after im done working out. first, they get our entire order wrong and overcharge us because they separated every item in the meal. that was a whole debacle and it took a while to get the order right again. they also couldn’t decide whether they were going to lie and tell me if they were out of the drink i ordered. when we got our order, they gave us a mini mcflurry. we ordered a regular and were charged for a regular. when we brought it up with them, they said that since there was no size on the receipt i would get a mini. working in fast food, this makes absolutely no sense to me. you can tell by the price what size the mcflurry is. they refused to get me the right size and since it is 12 i just gave up. the cherry on top was only getting five nuggets instead of six in my six count. disappointing!

This is suppose to be a 24 hour restaurant. 4 out of the 5 times I have been there at 4:50am the system is down or they say they are closed! Why have a 245 hour sign and people in there but nothing is working or you say you are closed. This doesn't make sense. And I use the app so then I have to go in and cancel the order. Please make this make sense to me.

I will never ever go to this McDonalds again.. It's like the place was a drug house. Floors all sticky you order and never get it ..The Manager on duty just walks pass you..These people don't care about anybody else.. Never got my food
Took 27 mins to receive my order from the time it was placed. I went through the drive thru. Woman at the first register scratching her butt inside her pants clearly visible so I passed on the receipt Got my food from the manager order was correct but fries were completely overcooked and some burnt.

It's a black girl with glasses that work the front counter getting orders she was very rude and did not even greet any customer that came in she purposely skipped over me because when she didn't talk I asked for a manager I wouldn't recommend coming to this McDonald's the owner needs to be present to see how your buisnees is being ran it's disgusting
