They close the doors to the truck stop portion of the loves every night at 8pm turning drivers and loves staff away unless they are really persistent and I pass through this loves 2-5tines a week. Not customer focused at all, employees most of the time horsing around and not focusing on thier work. And this McDonald's is fully staffed as well so not good business practices here for the public and professional drivers.

Saturday morning. Very little wait. When I get to the first window a smiling young lady hands me my receipt and wishes me a good morning. Off to the second window to pick up my food and there she is again. Still smiling! I ask her if she’s taking the orders and filling them. China smiles and says yes. No complaints, just a friendly smile and quick service. Note to McDonald’s management at the Bluff Road location. You need to move China up the management ladder. She was running...

I’ve had several issues at this location in particular and do understand that in high volume stores things are bound to happen. However, today, we ordered pancakes for our kids and were not told they were out of syrup until after the food had been handed to us and we went back up to ask for missing syrup. I understand supply issues, but not informing customers that the store is out of a key ingredient in a breakfast that isn’t cheap is not acceptable behavior from a retailer....
