Saturday morning. Very little wait. When I get to the first window a smiling young lady hands me my receipt and wishes me a good morning. Off to the second window to pick up my food and there she is again. Still smiling! I ask her if she’s taking the orders and filling them. China smiles and says yes. I’ve had several issues at this location in particular and do understand that in high volume stores things are bound to happen. However, today, we ordered pancakes for our kids and were not told they were out of syrup until after the food had been handed to us and we went back up to ask for missing syrup. I understand supply issues, but not informing customers that the store is out of a key ingredient in a breakfast that isn’t cheap is not acceptable behavior from a retailer....

Food was good. Had to goto the counter to get my order. I ordered from the kiosk and put in eating here given a table number to put on table for the server to find me. What was the point.
