This food service is unbelievable. Waiting almost an hour and they're still giving me the wrong food. It's ridiculous. Do not come here. Trash service
Too busy and the kids they had working there didn't care. Order was wrong. Fish sandwich was cold. Fries were over salted. Horrible

No grinch socks for grinch meal. Paid for the meal which included socks but no socks. Manager wouldn't substitute for anything else. Several people ask for their money back. Not right McDonald's. If an item is apart of the meal deal then it should be included. I have contacted corporate and complained. That meal is expensive

They are literally the worst. I had been sitting in the drive thru for almost hour because I got got boxed in and their line did not move. On top of that they forgot 2 of my cheeseburgers and a drink. I did not want to wait any longer because I had to get back to work. What the heck. The manager should be fired.

Stay away unless you want to be part of a customer, employee all out brawl. Never experienced an establishment that's still in business as poorly managed which trickles to the smart mouth, untrained staff. Unfortunately I live within a mile so I've had to experience it more than once. Good luck

Expect 20 minutes wait on a good day and often 30-40 minutes (inside or drive through) You can go to an actual restaurant get your food just as quick and pay only a few dollars more if that. Its mot just this location, however this one does suck, this has just become the norm for mcdonalds across the country. Mcdonalds wait times have become absurd. Honestly just stop eating here, dont let the corporate narcissists continue to treat you like this while you hand them your hard earned money. They have gone too far, too cheap, and too understaffed. And if you work at mcdonalds, quit. Just quit. Its not worth the sassy customers blaming you for all the problems caused by this company being stingy. Its not worth it, theyll fire you when they make their fry cook robot anyways. Dont eat here and dont work here, things need to change

These people are so rude and disrespectful. Management is rude, wants to argue with customers, not just fix the problem. Left us sitting at the window for more than 5 min, sent three different people to the window. Very unprofessional.
Over some hash browns we ordered 5 they gave us 2
Tasha and Teresa are very rude and not friendly at all.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to the state they are short staffed and there are plenty of workers just no one that’s actually know how to run nor work a actual shift my 14yr old neices n nephews would’ve run circles around them in that kitchen the shift leader or manager needs to be fired immediately they put a bad name on Mc Donald the company and the customers who come here

My order was delayed and the manager showed up and gave me a gift card for waiting. That’s really good management because this changed my mood for the better.

Late night service is horrible. Cashier took almost 10 minutes to get on the speaker. I called the store to see if the drive thru was still open due to it being 11 minutes before close, with 4 others in line and I assume this was a manager who answered the phone to say someone would be with me shortly and that they only had 4 workers on staff. The cashier finally came over the speaker to ask what my order was, I requested the #6 with the no sauce on the wraps. The cashier asked which wrap and I proceeded to repeat that I wanted no sauce on the wraps. He asked again to which I responded it doesn’t matter which wrap he chooses because I do not want sauce on the wraps to which his response was “you’re the customer, and I’m the employee” insinuating it wasn’t up to him to make that choice. As the customer with free will, I left the drive thru without an argument because I will gladly go somewhere else to spend my money. I will never understand why people apply for jobs they aren’t happy with.
