Gave my food to the wrong car, sat me there for 30 minutes waiting. When I got the food, they still messed up my order, and had me wait an additional 10 minutes inside. Order taker was extremely rude over the intercom. Regardless of the high capacity of orders, it seemed they don’t understand order management.

inside barely gets any attention, even if one worker sees that there's a customer upfront waiting for a whole 20 minutes, there's no communication such as "Oh such and such you got a customer up front" And here's the thing, when you get your order it's all wrong such as a literal big Mac that has 8 whole pickles when I wanted NO PICKLES.. so at first it's 8 pickles, then it's just a bun itself, until finally the third time they got it correct.

I ordered through uber eats on 12/29 At 9pm.The order was cancelled. So I drove myself and pulled through the drive through at 1010pm. After sitting there for a few seconds, the worker came over the speaker and said “we closed” I said “you’re closed?” And she said “yeah, have a good night”. Thoroughly confused as to why it’s closed 2 hours early and the workers are walking in and out with their friends. Great service McDonald’s!

went through drive through n staff were playing around took almost 5 mins to place my order, I ordered mac rib combo n a cheeseburger, not a good experience at all, fries where fresh but waaay to much salt, n my cheeseburger was cold, n I had been waiting for tha mac rib 2b brought bak, whut a disappointment n waste of money, 2 bites n I junkd it

Standing here in line. Its been 12 minutes I am the only one in line i had a few employees walk by me but not one single one recognized i was here are even said hello. …. Its been 18 minutes i leaving going somewhere else

Tanisha that was working the speaker on the drive through is rude, condescending, and incompetent. i placed a breakfast mobile order well before 10:30 and headed to the store. i unfortunately waited in drive through for 40 minutes to get to the speaker at 11:00 where i was rudely told my order was canceled because they were no longer doing breakfast. Tanisha running the speakers went 15 minutes without taking an order at the intercom. The turn time for every car was about 20 minutes, which is ridiculous and unacceptable. she told me to look at the time and say yeah we stopped serving breakfast 30 minutes ago. I told her that I placed my breakfast order at 10:10 and waited in line this entire time only back three cars from the order board. She did not once apologize or offer me an alternative and just told me my order was canceled and to leave. I have been to this forest drive many times and it is a hit or miss if you get bad service and if Tanisha is running the intercom, you will get bad service. She is a poor excuse for a service worker and should not be employed there if she is so quick to be rude with customers. good luck in life Tanish at the forest drive mcdonald's if you can't even provide good customer service at a mcdonald's, i'm sure you'll go far in life.
