We waited 20 minutes for our order only to find out it was not made as the order was requested. Then we waited 30 more minutes among many other distraught and upset customers for it to be remade. The staff would not acknowledge the customers and acted frustrated with us. Multiple customers left, requested refunds, or complained. Definitely not a quick nor pleasant stop.

However, the staff at the register were polite and attentive. There were issues with the ice cream machine being down and out of stock, and some customers have noticed that the kitchen staff could be more diligent in their tasks. Despite these issues, the food was described as "okay" and could have been better.
