This morning was the worst experience I’ve ever had with McDonald an I come from fast food so I’m honestly the most upstanding person when it comes to service you get sometimes off the frustration you deal with but in my growth I’ve learned it’s always a way to handle things an for a manager to treat me as if I was in the wrong is absolutely absurd to me I originally ordered online drive thru an sat an waited for 13 min before I pulled around to see how long it would be of if I could just get the order cancelled I wasn’t apologetically greeted I was waved off head down “we ain’t open we ain’t open yet” still being understanding I pulled around because the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel I changed the order form an waited to pick up inside no one ever open the door so I pulled off an proceeded to call the manager answers I state my issue an still no apology no concern for the customer an pure attitude I work in customer service I know frustration when being short staffed but how is that the customers fault I definitely won’t return an ps don’t turn on your online order system if you not open yet I was late to work for this mishap but I still never showed my frustration back

Never have I been to a fast-food place where an employee acted like they actually enjoyed being there and enjoyed helping people. She was very nice and very friendly. Fresh meals and warm x4... small fries extra packed in, McDoubles cooked great and onions excluded without issue, crispy nuggets, fast drive thru and super friendly attitudes. Very welcoming and most definitely one of our best McDonald's experiences.
