Jackson did a PHENOMENAL job as our server. It was very busy when my husband and I were dining in. However, he was super attentive and made sure we had a great dining experience. The pizza was the best I have ever had in my years of eating Mellow (which is over 10 years). Drinks were great as always. Overall such an amazing experience with delicious food.

The person taking to go orders was rude. She engaged with people that walked up after I did. I was standing at the register. She was not one of the college students. She had dark hair and did not even acknowledge me. I refuse to spend money where I am not respected.

Whoever the manager is needs to go back and find some customer service skills. Iām asking a specific question and he keeps telling me what time the lunch special is over ā¦ thatās literally not what i asked. Idk why people take what u ask and turn it into something totally different. Then when i asked to speak to someone else he goes ā Iām the only one who can talk on the phoneā ā¦

I came into order two small pizzas to go was told that it would be 20-30 minutes. After sitting for an hour and 15 minutes I had to step to the counter to see why a table that came in 15 minutes after I placed my order had been eating and almost completed their dinner only to be told that we prioritized our dine in customers over take out! I have never heard such a thing and am completely disappointed in this experience. If you are give abd preparation timeframe that is the time frame thar should be adhered by.
A horrible customer service experience will always overshadow the quality of the food.

Zach was super rude, kicked us out with no cause, brother in law was supposedly banned, but I and fiancĆ© were not, Meagan is very kind and said it was okay for us to be there, one cause me and finance werenāt banned, but brothers 90 days was past and confirmed by Meagan, but again Zach was very rude and wouldnāt serve me.
Hannah was very nice and food was great.
Woulda been nice to be able to sit down and eat my food there that I paid for with it getting thrown out.
