My son and I dined here on a Saturday evening. Food was reasonably priced with large portions. I've heard the downtown location is better, but I've never been so can't compare. The Sandhills location met our expectations and we will definitely try it again for takeout.

Sure, it's a chain, but it's different and it's consistently good. Is it authentic?. Honestly, I have no idea, but they make tasty ramen that's fairly priced. I had the Cha Shu Men, but I think my wife's chicken ramen was a little better. They also have a slew of sides that are interesting and fun to try.

I usually go to the one downtown but today I made a huge mistake and came here. When I walked in the floors were covered with dirty mop water that smelled sooo bad and the food was terrible prepared properly. I ordered the #8 chicken ramen and the chicken was rubbery in that. My fried pork dumplings were undercooked so I couldn’t even eat that! I got sick as soon as I got to my car. NEVER again!

Online order for pick up is great. Online order for delivery is terrible and the guy who answers the phone is not helpful and don’t really have any customer service skills. I was told to call door dash and door dash told me to call the restaurant. Food is decent but service sucks.
Slowest service ever. Good thing the food is so delicious, because we have waited literally 35 minutes for an order of 2 Ramen bowls, not even customized, ordered directly off the menu. Do not come if you are starving, there is quite a wait for

Love the ramen here. I always get spicy ramen and salmon rice balls with fish cakes. Today I got a nice surprise drawing of a kitty ? and pumpkin ?. Definitely made my day extra special for Halloween. Food was amazing like usual. Always very happy with going there 10/10 recommended.
