This is a good standard Marriott property located in downtown Columbia South Carolina. The parking is a little narrow. The restaurant on site is okay. It's a decend deal for the money. Even with titanium status I was given a room right beside the elevator so the sleep was not ideal.

They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. As a Marriott associate, it meant so much to be treated with such genuine care and professionalism. I travel often and love creating lasting memories — this stay was one of the best. If you’re ever in downtown Columbia, SC, stay here! The service and hospitality are truly exceptional.

Pool not functioning, from the 3 elevators only one working, the service is not good, Apple Pay not working, staff giving the wrong information and making lose a lot of time. Room very noisy! Difficulty to sleep! A big deception. I don’t recommande and I encourage the hotel to put more effort to reach the standards expected for staying in Marriott!!

Towed my car while attending event at convention center. No signage at spots in the parking garage stating spots were reserved or towing would occur. $250 dollars and multiple hours to get my car back. Do not host events at this location.

Loved this location! Being in the thick of Saturday morning farmers market downtown Columbia is a blast! The room was large, and comfy easy walk to great restaurants and fun downtown!

Nice rooms and nice hotel. Was very empty when I arrived which had me concerned, but it was very clean and the staff was great. In the morning it was very busy so I must have just checked in when it was slow.

I do not recommend this location at all. I was scheduled to check in on Wednesday and due to some very incompetent individuals my room was canceled. I tried to get the matter resolved through corporate and contrary to popular belief they don’t give a damn about customer satisfaction either. NEVER will I book with another Marriott location.
