Felt like a hidden gem, was perfect for a quick date after a super long day for us! Our server Wister gave great service and the food was all delicious. Lots of menu choices and portion sizes were fair for the prices.

First time trying this place. Sushi was very fresh and tasted very good. I had the teriyaki Salmon and it was delicious. Large portion that I didn’t think I could eat all of it. Then I couldn’t stop eating it. Very nice atmosphere.

I am celiac and the waitress helped me pick a meal that would be safe. The pad Thai was so good! Did not get sick :) good experience with gluten free options.

I have ordered from this location twice. Each experience was different. The consistent thing about this place is the staff and service are really great. I am however indifferent about the food. The first visit was awesome. Enjoyed sushi and loved every bite. Second time I searched the menu to try something new. The tempura shrimp tasted great but looked sad on top of a handful of shredded cabbage. The summer roll looked different online versus what I received. It was literal fistfuls of shredded iceberg lettuce with a tiny sliver of shrimp on the bottom side. It’s crazy to spend $7+ for rolled lettuce but lesson learned. I will return for sushi at a later time.

Parking: Shared parking with other businesses.

This was my first time at Miyo’s, and to say the least, I am pissed. It’s right after Hurricane Helene came through, and we haven’t had power in days. My family wanted a hot meal and a few minutes of cold air. We came here for a nice big meal, and when we walked in, the guy behind the bar (manbun) immediately looked at the clock and rolled his eyes. We arrived at 8:30, and they close at 9:30.

The best part when you are so hungry? The restaurant made everyone’s food but yours. The cook evidentially “forgot”. How do you forget?? My husband approached manbun dude and said forget it, I don’t want it. The jerk replied, “well the cook is already cooking it now”! Thanks, after my family was done eating. We told them we aren’t paying! I didn’t want it after all that.it was going to take a lot more time, since the cook shut down.. the. The excuse was they were all busy! Um, there were three tables in there. Sorry if you were overwhelmed by that!

So, I get to go home, hungry with no power, and it’s late enough that everything else is closed early, due to 90% of the town is still without power.

Customer service is non existent and they didn’t seem to care one way or the other, not one apology. This isn’t the time when people are struggling. One meal a day is what I am eating because I cannot leave the dogs alone in the heat of the day..
