Took over 15 min to place and pay for order with only one person ahead of me. Food items all over the floor in work area, ordered a salad and 2 hours into them being open they had not made dressing . Said they could make and started working on it 5 min after I finished paying for order. I couldn’t wait any longer before school pickup.Food is usually good but service and prep always seems to be off which is sad

I’m glad I saw another review because I didn’t want to be the first to say it, but this location used to be my fav. The guy with the dark curly hair is always so kind and knows I love sweet tea so if he sees my name, he won’t dump it. <3 I work late so I get off and free around 8. Everytime I go, the sauces are packed up and there is no sweet tea because it’s been dumped an hour or two early. :( Then when I ask for sauce there’s attitude. :/ like I’m sorry, but I wouldn’t bother you if they were out. I’ve just started going to a different location cuz I’m annoyed right along with them. Food still taste great but that just frustrates me to the point that I don’t typically want to order from this location and go through the hassle of asking for sauces.

It's 8:00, you close at 9:00 and the salsa bar is already packed up. I get wanting to get your side work done early, but really? Standing back in line to get a salsa that was supposed to be in the bag is annoying.

So went to this location today at 11:50. The system was down not the teams fault but had three people waiting in line with the first Person's child was clearly having some challenges. All of everybody's food was done, and they said that we could not have our food, could not sit in the building until the system comes back up with our food, mention the fact that you're gonna wind up, throwing that food away and still refused to allow us to purchase our food until the system came back up. Also offered to pay Cash still refused.
I like the texture of the beef and seasoning but everything else is just plain staffing is an issue and cleanliness the door and counters are not kept clean meaning no one is cleaning up here the girl that was serving me kept wiping her nose with gloves on doing multiple things the punch drinks were out one will low it was early so that looked leftover but sitting out the tables in side and floors look uncleanVegetarian options: You could actually fix a taco with just veggies and a vegetable bowl

I hate being the customer that comes in right before closing but I got off late and wanted moes and I came in to an extremely welcoming crew! The restaurant was spotless! The food was fresh despite being almost closing time and the whole atmosphere was welcoming! Give the night crew a raise!!
