No greeting. Stood in front of them bc there was no line for 7 minutes before even being acknowledged. They are talking about company gossip and firing someone in front of guests. Very tacky and distasteful

I’ll qualify this with a person can make or break your experience. My wife and I dined here this evening, and as a past GM and OM, we wanted to take the time to give Murray a shout out. He ran the line during the dinner rush, kept his area clean, and communicated to the cashier. There was someone cleaning the grill, so he even pulled his own food rather than stopping her to ask. The manager did come to the line to help a couple of times, but he mostly ran it by himself, and from the food world, we think that deserves recognition. Great job, Murray!

I had a really disappointing experience at Moe’s today. The staff member helping me had a rude attitude from the moment I walked up. She actually dropped the rice on the counter and then threw it back into the container, which was honestly really gross. She also kept staring at me in this weird, nasty way that made me super uncomfortable. She was short, had brown-blonde hair that was short and big eyes just so you know who I’m talking about.

On top of that, she wasted three tortillas while making my boyfriend’s burrito, When I asked for more guac, she barely added any even though I’m literally paying extra for it. If I’m paying for guac, why can’t I get the amount I want?

Overall, the experience was horrible and definitely not what I expect from Moe’s. I left feeling frustrated and honestly just turned off from coming back.

Woman making food was rude and constantly said she was going to walk out and kick customers out. Spoke to her friends who came and visited her and was rude to customers saying what do you want while we were waiting in line. Normally service is great and always pleasant todays experience was not that and was very unfortunate

portion sizes are terrible, put barely any chips in the bag and then when i ask for more of the FREE chips they give me a quarter scoop more. The cashiers barely look at me and don’t listen while i ask questions or try to pay, and get distracted by their coworkers instead. At these prices I should at least be getting a decent amount of what I paid for.

They frequently miss items when ordering online. The last time I went back in to get something they missed, there was not even a sorry. The food used to be good but now it is below average.

I went to this Moe’s on a Friday night and they had three people working
and they were awesome! Jaela, Kaylee, and Hunter were keeping the line moving while doing online orders and keeping a positive atmosphere for their customers. They deserve a raise!

would think they would just have a to go station like the chipotle down the street, went after we wasted our time and got our food after waiting in the line that was to the door in less then 5 mins.. do better moes

This was my first time eating at the restaurant and most say that I was very impressed. On vacation and I was greeted with great customer services. Also I’m not sure of his name but he was a very tall African American gentleman came to assist me making sure table was clean and asked me if I needed anything else just asked for the assistance manager. He has was very professional and displayed excellent customer service. The food was very good Five star Moes

Let see it’s started with the employee who was taking our order practically whispering her questions where we couldn’t hear her, then an employee yells at our sleeping toddler to wake up and pick some food, then they give us the food which we eat in restaurant not Togo and non of the cheese is melted and the food is like warm at best even though we were eating it 120 seconds after being served our food. The tables were all dirty and gross and the outside of the store was a mess

Literally the Worst Moe’s I have ever ordered from. The workers (at least on night shift) act genuinely incompetent and perform the most basic of tasks with little to no expediency. I had to sit inside and wait over 15 minutes for my online order placed well in advanced, the restaurant was generally unclean and unkept, there was no salsa in the salsa bar, and when I arrived home numerous items were missing from my bag.
