This was my first time eating at the restaurant and most say that I was very impressed. On vacation and I was greeted with great customer services. Also I’m not sure of his name but he was a very tall African American gentleman came to assist me making sure table was clean and asked me if I needed anything else just asked for the assistance manager. He has was very professional and displayed excellent customer service. The food was very good Five star Moes

Let see it’s started with the employee who was taking our order practically whispering her questions where we couldn’t hear her, then an employee yells at our sleeping toddler to wake up and pick some food, then they give us the food which we eat in restaurant not Togo and non of the cheese is melted and the food is like warm at best even though we were eating it 120 seconds after being served our food. The tables were all dirty and gross and the outside of the store was a mess

Literally the Worst Moe’s I have ever ordered from. The workers (at least on night shift) act genuinely incompetent and perform the most basic of tasks with little to no expediency. I had to sit inside and wait over 15 minutes for my online order placed well in advanced, the restaurant was generally unclean and unkept, there was no salsa in the salsa bar, and when I arrived home numerous items were missing from my bag.

I had to walk out of Moe's because the the light skin guy who fixed my bowl had a attitude and sucked his teeth because I asked for fresh chicken. He tried to give me the scrap at the bottom of the pan. First of all if the chicken got that low then why not make some fresh chicken and if you don't want to work then give somebody else the job who can do better and need the job. I will not come back to this location this was a terrible experience and all of the pans were low on food they didn't even have the salad out. I requested the salad he act like he went in the back but didn't come out with the lettuce I had to remind him to go get the lettuce. Seems like this store needs to be monitored.

I was absolutely disgusted with my meal and services last night. The rice was so dry and clumpy. I watch the server throw lettuce on a customer's burrito but she isn't asked for it so he scooped it up with his hand off her burrito and threw it back in the lettuce container which was now contaminated. Then when making mine he scooped guacamole from that was sitting on the food station line that had been sitting there for who knows how long instead of from the assigned bucket. This place needs corporate attention. I will never go back to this location again. Major cleanliness issues.

An all-around pleasant experience; to be honest, a lot better than what you'd get at Chipotle right up the road, the workers actually want to work there, to greet you and help prepare your food you're going to eat. The prices comparing the two are also on the lower end, though not by much, but still, it's lower. You also get more chips than what Chipotle gives with your order, and for free, I might add. They also have a huge focus on kids, whereas Chipotle doesn't.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they even have kid activities, such as coloring and drawing. Also, kids eat free on Sundays when you purchase your meal.

First - the food was inedible - the rice was so salty. Secondly, I've never seen so many people with so many things to do move SO slowly. They all moved at like 1/2 speed. And 10 people waited in line while the first person behind the counter focused exclusively on the take-out orders (and then sometimes would take the persons order who was in front of him). There were dirty dishes piled in the sink, food spilled everywhere on the counters giving a very disheveled vibe. I was in the restaurant over 25 minutes waiting on 2 simple burrito bowls. Definitely not coming back. Very disappointing. I was honestly worried standing there if my partner was gonna get food poisoning (i got tofu, not chicken so slightly less worried about me).

I am not sure why this location has such negative reviews. I dined in for lunch today and everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive and the store was clean. I will be back to this location. 10/10!

I like going here to get a chicken bowl. Staff is attentive and pleasant. I love the variety of sauces to go with your chips and food.

These people are morons who seem to rarely bathe and literally don't know the difference between corn and cheese when slinging ingredients around the dirty counter. This poorly run dumpster fire is shell of what the Moe's chain once was.
