Moe's Southwest Grill

An all-around pleasant experience; to be honest, a lot better than what you'd get at Chipotle right up the road, the workers actually want to work there, to greet you and help prepare your food you're going to eat. The prices comparing the two are also on the lower end, though not by much, but still, it's lower. You also get more chips than what Chipotle gives with your order, and for free, I might add. They also have a huge focus on kids, whereas Chipotle doesn't.

Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, they even have kid activities, such as coloring and drawing. Also, kids eat free on Sundays when you purchase your meal.

First - the food was inedible - the rice was so salty. Secondly, I've never seen so many people with so many things to do move SO slowly. They all moved at like 1/2 speed. And 10 people waited in line while the first person behind the counter focused exclusively on the take-out orders (and then sometimes would take the persons order who was in front of him). There were dirty dishes piled in the sink, food spilled everywhere on the counters giving a very disheveled vibe. I was in the restaurant over 25 minutes waiting on 2 simple burrito bowls. Definitely not coming back. Very disappointing. I was honestly worried standing there if my partner was gonna get food poisoning (i got tofu, not chicken so slightly less worried about me).

I am not sure why this location has such negative reviews. I dined in for lunch today and everything was great! The staff was friendly and attentive and the store was clean. I will be back to this location. 10/10!

I like going here to get a chicken bowl. Staff is attentive and pleasant. I love the variety of sauces to go with your chips and food.

These people are morons who seem to rarely bathe and literally don't know the difference between corn and cheese when slinging ingredients around the dirty counter. This poorly run dumpster fire is shell of what the Moe's chain once was.

Gives you no food. Restaurant very dirty and has rude workers. Only go to this place if you want to be very disappointed.

I just left Moe's and I'm home now. Today is Friday, September 27. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MOE'S. I'VE BEEN COMING HERE FOR YEARS. I'VE SEEN A LOT CHANGE THROUGH THE YEARS. I come here and there's a line. We we're all waiting. The workers we're doing online and app orders first. THERE WAS SO MANY of them. The workers we're all male and not friendly. I don't like to complain on places I frequent but I HAD TO SAY SOMETHING TODAY. Me snd my son waited in line for over 10 minutes. My thing is this. If your gonna do online and app orders, HAVE A SEPARATE AREA FOR THAT. YOU HAVE PAYING CUSTOMERS STANDING IN FRONT OF YOU AND WE'RE WAITING. The PRICES are RIDICULOUS. I got a salad pictured here with meat, veggies and queso. MY SALAD WAS $15. Why am I paying $15 for A LITTLE SALAD?! I go to ZAXBY'S and get a BIGGER SALAD for $11. I wanted more meat and they charged me for it. The PORTIONS ARE SMALLER NOW AND SO ARE THE CONTAINERS THEY PUT THE FOOD IN. I don't appreciate that. My issue is never to pay for the food because I'll pay for what I want. The issue is the portion size. $15 is a MEAL. AN ENTRÉE, TWO SIDES AND A DRINK. Not just for a salad. My son wanted queso and chips. The cup is over $4. They act SKIMPY with the food. The total was over $20. Just imagine if I got a cup of queso, a drink and my son got a kid's meal. It would've been way more. MOE'S USED TO BE GOOD YEARS AGO. NOW THEY HAVE WORKERS WHO AREN'T FRIENDLY, MOSTLY A MALE STAFF AND THE RESTAURANT IS SOMETIMES CLEAN. The workers didn't offer me a drink or a discount on my food. I'M A LOYAL CUSTOMER. I'VE HAD THE APP FOR YEARS. That's not how you treat PAYING CUSTOMERS. The staff can be nicer, more friendly and do their job the right way. I LEFT MOE'S UNSATISFIED, MAD AND FEELING CHEATED OUT OF MY MONEY.

Zero was not an option. I order the same food every single time and the price is different. It’s horrible and those people are just unorganized and lack customer service. I think the management has changed. I am calling corporate to complain they need to come visit this location and initiate a new process and training.

Awful food. Awful customer service. I called and asked nicely for them to include the salsas(that are supposed to automatically be included but somehow never are) and they gave me stale day old tasting chips with NO SALSA. My taco was slathered in chipotle ranch to the pont where it wasn't even edible. Macdonald's would have been better than wasting my money here.

I really like this Moes I come here when I want it. The staff is always nice and the place is clean! That’s hard for fast food restaurants lately and the guys in the back were chatting laughing having a good time and it reflects.

I Went on Cinco de Mayo.Someone told me to give it a try.They Said they liked it and it was just as good as Chipotle’s.I will never be going back.The Manager was yelling at Employees and Customers.The Place was filthy and disgusting.I Took a couple of bites of the bowl and the trash had the rest.I wasn’t going to complain to the manager because I was scared and felt unsafe.I do though enjoy driving by it on My way to a better and more pleasant place to eat,That’s where the 1-star comes in.
