Loved the ambiance and drinks, but the main course was overpriced for the portion size.

Placed a catering order the day before, they accepted the order and then cancelled one hour before my lunch. Absolutely, unprofessional and almost made me lose an account. Will never cater from here again. Next time do not accept an order you are incapable of fulfilling.

Did a mobile order chicken nachos got home nachos had no cheese sauce. So I said who orders nachos no cheese. I selected cheese on nachos I provided manager info he said I ordered it right and refunded meal.why is that even an option to not have cheese it's not nachos if no cheese.

UPDATE: 7/13/2025 I went to moes and my mom and I ordered the 9.95 value meal,stack and cup of queso. I had used my points to get get a free queso. The lady was having difficulties when doing it. I looked at my points and seen that I went from having 1100 points to 3 hundred and something. I looke at my receipt and she had took points as if I had go two cups of queso. I reached out to customer service as long as my receipt and I received a email saying I didn’t order queso. How you going to tell me what I ordered. If I didn’t ordered queso then why I went from 1100 points down to three hundred and something and it shows on my receipt. Y’all just have some bad business. And to tell someone something that happened when a receipt was present. How about you train your workers

Prices went up and service went down. I can tell they don’t have the same managers and it shows. They are extremely slow and backed ups with food all down the line. They are fully staff but there is no sense of urgency to move faster. They were extremely slow then some mix users happened where a person was brought from the front of line back and placed in front of me. The manager apologized but he should have kept her upfront and corrected her item himself. But the line was just in a standstill with 6 orders waiting to go down the food line. I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to be there all night since they weren’t in a hurry. It will be awhile before I come back and I’ll just stick to chipotle

I’ve went her 2 both times they forgot something first my bacon 2 my Sauce they workers are rude and some don’t wear name tags she also forgot are drinks I don’t recommend this place to eat

Why in God's name do you need an armed security guard for. Has the exact opposite effect that a guard should have. Back to chipotle.

I would totally give them a zero stars for atmosphere considering there is an armed guard there some nights like it’s a night club and I need an entry fee or something, the arm guard is really not necessary.

I can’t say enough great things about this establishment! Yes, the food is good. It’s Moe’s! What I’ve been blown away with is the impeccable service and friendliness of this establishment! Bryan Raymond is the epitome of what a great manager should be! He’s super friendly and always attentive to his customers. He is well respected by his crew and leads them with excellence. Quite frankly, he’s the hardest working manager I’ve encountered, anywhere! I hope the ownership takes account of the rockstar they have in Bryan!
