Moe's Southwest Grill

Not my cup of tea! Paid over forty dollars for two quesadillas with no drinks! Very messy meal with no service after purchase! My wife took two bites of her quesadilla and couldn't eat any more as she felt the meat ( chicken ) was spoiled! She got very sick about three hours later! Needless to say we won't be back! Zero Customer service which is quickly vanishing from a lot of food establishments! I gave four stars to be nice!

Food was incredible. We were looking for something different to try and this was great! Many many choices, kid friendly menu, and more than 3 salsas to try!! Let’s mention how delicious Moes queso is!!!

Everytime I order from here via Uber eats or door dash they always play with my order .. all this food I be ordering and only about 10 chips .. you can literally see the bottom of my bag in these photos and two separate times in the same week. I love moes back in my hometown but this one in Columbia acts like they will lose a dime by giving customers chips. When I’m there in person I always have to get on the person bagging up my order to add chips to my bag ..

Everything was great

I have had two occurrences both a year apart dealing with the same issue. This restaurant when accepting delivery orders needs to make the order correctly. I get the same thing from any Moe’s that I go to : A bowl with seasoned rice, black beans, adobo chicken, add extra meat. Shredded cheese, pico, sour cream, guac, and extra cilantro. Sounds simple right. Both times I’ve gotten a big bowl of rice with a side of the rest of the ingredients, literally just enough for you to taste it. If I’m paying for extra meat I shouldn’t receive this big heaping bowl of rice everytime I order delivery. I’d much rather you just tell me you don’t have my item or the ingredients than for you all to play with my money this way.

Food always good. What happened to " Welcome to Moe's" greeting. No one smiling or thanking anyone for coming by... everyone looked like they just their shift over. Will be back though

Delivery order left unsealed when delivery driver received it so the driver sat it on the porch that way. I was not notified of the delivery so the bag was filled with flies by the time I got to it. Called to inform the store and the general manager did nothing to compensate for the mishap. He blamed it on the driver but the bag was not ripped nor was there any sign of the Moes chip bag ever being sealed with a sticker. He sent me to doordash to complain, I did so and they sent me back to Moes. All the while I spent an additional 30 mins bouncing between the two when Moes could’ve just gave me my refund as I requested.

Food was decent, that being said steak was left off my burrito. In addition to that when I called to inform them of my incorrect order I was left on hold for 5+ minutes. Probably going to chipotle from now on. Not mad just disappointed .

Everything was excellent, they as usual taste the same. They yell to acknowledge you walked in as usual. Only deducted cause they were just being light handed lately with both the meat and chips portion on a Mondays.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in maybe a year and a half. There's been lots of changes. To start a male manager named Terry was making orders. When it was my turn he looked at me and raised his eyes as if to say "what". A manager.... After making my bowl the girl that ring up my order was very nice. I get home and the food was down right nasty.... forget complaining about how much meat you don't get. This was absolutely nothing like I remembered. Not even the ranch sauce or the salsa from the bar taste the same. It looks very fresh and it was clean all through the areas I saw (the main bar salsa bar and dinning area) but the meal was a disappointment. The flavor profile was completely off. I know I've been regular at chipotle but I had always been able to enjoy the two different profiles and could separate the two. I wouldn't eat here again just bases on the taste of the food.

I got food poisoning on 6-17-24 around 2 pm. I got the steak bowl with season rice, cheese, sour cream, onions/peppers and olives.

Yummy food, but bummed they don't have the "junior" options for burritos anymore. All burritos are large now and a flat price$.
